Hi!

The Appearance > Menus panel looks fine. I activated the WooCommerce plugin and the lighbox for product pages even when you’re logged out is working.

Did you set the blog page as blog on Enfold > Theme Options > Where do you want to display blog? If yes, then you should set the Blog Layout > Blog Style to “Use the advance layout builder..”.

Edit includes > loop-index.php, find this code:

Replace it with:
```

```
Regarding the other query, unfortunately, this will require modifications within the theme. You might need to find a plugin or hire a freelance developer to add the feature for you. Please visit Envato Studio or Werkpress for further customization.

I checked the site on IE8 emulation and the header image looks fine. Also, the ajax portfolio images do not disappear. Please try to turn off the IE compatibility mode. I zoomed this image out to show the portfolio ajax below the header:

I guess you’re referring to the nested navigation when you say “random” menu. You can disable the nested navigation on Enfold > Sidebar Settings > Page Sidebar navigation. To help you with the widget visibility, please use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-logic/

I’m sorry but you’re using a very old version of the theme. Please download the latest version 3.0.2 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

The update might change the website layout, theme options a bit so you have to to adjust them or configure the elements from scratch. We’ll help you with the widget issue after the update. Please update the theme every time a new patch is available.

Instead of editing the code, please use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/

Look for the entry_with_sidebar thumbnail on Settings > Media panel. Adjust the size then save changes. Upload the image again or regenerate the thumbnails.

Is the post set to Image post format? The purpose of the code is to set the link of the Image post format to go to the actual post instead of lightbox. Since you paid for the customization, you should probably get your money’s worth. Please contact the freelance developer. It does work on my installation.

Hey!

Looks like adding a fall back image won’t help you in this case because the full screen slider will fetch the height of the actual screen. Please add another element (Image element, fullwidth slider etc) then use css media queries to show it on mobile and hide the slider. Please refer to the link above.
