The theme options panel is no longer reverse when I checked the site today. How did you fix it? I also managed to save the theme options or settings.

Hi,

Did you enable the theme’s css compression? Please update the wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/asset-manager.class.php file as described in the following thread.

Our developers found the issue with the compressed stylesheets’ image url and the modification above should fix it.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. That option is supposed to add a logo above the preloader. We added this code in the Quick CSS field to remove the default preloader.

I’m sorry but that’s not possible by default. Maybe you can create another container above the content and then push the main container down based on the height of the above container.

@shreinmedia: Do you have a child theme? Did you modify the footer.php file before? Please make sure that it is the latest version.

@keribird: We applied a unique Section ID to the color section and then use this css code to remove the div below it.

Hi,

This feature is disabled on mobile devices by default. You need to add a fall back image in place of the background video. If you really want to display a video container, disable the slider on mobile view and then replace it with an actual video element. Use the elements’ Screen Options to toggle their visibility on difference devices.

I can’t reproduce the issue on my own installation. The second level sub category displays properly on the first level category pages. Is it OK if we deactivate the plugins while we inspect the issue?

Hi,

The cells are displayed as “table cells” so they’re going to inherit the height of the tallest cell. Have you tried to edit the padding of the cell which contains the calendar?

Hi,

Thanks for the update. Create a new page for the badge section and then add the Page Content element to the pages where you want to display it. You can then update that specific page every time a change is required. This element works like a global template.

Do you have a lot of categories? There’s a workaround where you won’t be needing a plugin. The portfolio items has a custom option where you can add an external link. You can create a portfolio item for each product category and then use the post slider element to display the portfolio entries taxonomy.

Using a child theme, creates a huge amount of work to change settings on the site that I have already spent days doing prior to launch

You don’t need to start from scratch. Just activate the child theme and then import the parent theme options.
