The last email the first part of the website was missing in the login in the private section.
I have it above in the info from days ago but sending again in private.
So I sent info twice on your private section that you cannot see twice you want me to do it a third time? Are you working on fixing your form? I put it in a third time.
Do you have an email or something else to send it to? My website is on hold which is a huge inconvenience for all of us here. if you could advise in the meantime if your form is still not going through but pelase try to fix this problem.
This theme I imported from Enfold Imports, Guenn07 said it is a child’s theme. I do not know how to use a child theme.
Can I do anything to make it the normal enfold theme? Again I am a layperson. I don’t do code. Is there a simple way to change this? If it is a child’s theme and you verify that that is the problem. I do not want a child’s theme.
Do i need to start over? I have about eight hours into building this website. Because getting help is taking so many days I am tempted to just delete and start from scratch. This is really holding me up.
I will send the login for a third time in hopes your form is now working. I do appreciate your help I am just frustrated.

Guenni07, it seems if there is a childs theme on this import of the demo I do not have the slightest clue how to use that. Asked in the private section just sent if I should start over so I do nothave that. I have always build in regular template. Thanks for your input. I have no clue how to find the them let alone change it.
I had made it very clear that i do not know how to create log in credentials for you and now It will take me quite some time and to figure that out, and then another day for you to get back to me.

I just imported this Knowledge base template directly from Enfold samples. What ever is going on should be in there too?Thank you.
I sent the link private. I am also noticing that the developer sections are filled out. Again, I am a layperson and do not know how to use this part.
Apply a custom ID Attribute to the section, so you can apply a unique style via CSS. This option is also helpful if you want to use anchor links to scroll to a sections when a link is clicked – there are things filled in under this section on front page.
Not that that should interfere with the type not changing but maybe you can advise If I should remove this from front page since I am making changes to the sections in the area while you are here.

Since that option does not work for me and I already supplied the link to see the samples I was trying to do, I decided to do the monochrome only and now I have spent 3 hours of my life collecting icons in faticon and then Not being able to download any of them in my website. I also paid for the subscription.
Can you please tell me why it will not take the icons. Is there a limit of collections? I have two in and it will not take the third. I downloaded them in the icon font style and it will not take a new one or delete the old one I just put into the theme.
Please advise.

I have done everything except the last one since it says it has not been tested and may cause issues. I have 4 different emails, aol, outlook, Gmail, Yahoo nothing is working. Getting really frustrated now. Please help. I have my phone number up in the meantime on all websites and not sure if this is why I am having a telemarketer nightmare.

Yes, I did that three times and it did tests and they did not work at all. That was part of the many hours I spend on this project. No emails are going through on any test no matter what I do.
I used the contact form and the mail chimp for hours with no emails ever going through at all.

UPDATE!!! After 11 phone calls and an hour and half on the phone with ipage, the worst host in the world, I finally got them to understand and it appears that you should now see the current version of the updated website. It was as I told them repeatedly a cache issue.
They told me over and over it was a theme issue. I did not believe it was but they brainwashed me. Thank you for your help.

Thank you but Since you did not understand what I wrote I will rewrite it so Enfold completely understands when they get to me. It will be very clear when they log in to my website to help me..
MY THEME IS CURRENT AND UP TO DATE. EVERYTHING IS CURRENT AND UP TO DATE ON MY END. OUT IN THE WORLD IT IS NOT SHOWING MY CURRENT UP TO DATE WEBSITE WHICH IS HAS A WHITE BACKGROUND. IT IS SHOWING WHAT WAS DONE IN 2016 AND NOT ALL THE CHANGES SINCE THEN.

typing in caps does not mean shouting. I DO NOT HAVE A LAYERSLIDER IN MY WEBSITE!! LOL… Now I am shouting. totallly just kidding. I do not have a layerslider in my entire website. I have deleted all layersliders in the layerslider section. I have removed the layerslider from the front page MONTHS AGO! I had accidentally put a large image in it a very, very long time ago. When I had issues with the slider I REMOVED THE SLIDER COMPLETELY a long time ago. So this is why I need the help of Enfold to figure out why I am getting this issue on the speed test as I posted, what ? TWO WEEKS AGO??? So the other guy was saying I was using the version of Enfold from decades ago and I have the theme updated and it always has been. It is on auto udate. So I am waiting for hopefully Gigit to address this. I am sure he can fix it in 2 seconds flat but I for some reason I am not getting any help from them. I wrote to Envato yesterday and still no resopnse from them either. Hosting says zero they can do it is a theme issue. So here I sit waiting and waiting while frustration builds to no end.
That image you posted was removed I would say… maybe six months ago. Just guessing because it was so long ago..

Great now I get INSULTED by a stranger. I am running 4.2.6. Not sure where you get your info from and who you are with your inaccurate information. I have built 14 websites to date. One of which has 175 pages. Mind your own business while I wait for an expert at hand to help me.
I responded to the questions asked of me on April 26th. It is now April 30th and I gave log in credentials and I still do not have a response. Is there someone who can help me. I advised this issue is interfering with my income. Site loading so slow no one is going to it and I rely on it for business. Please have someone advise asap.

PamI made changes in the Enfold theme page changing a few things in the Layerslider settings and nothing changed. I believe I put it back to where it was. I noticed I was not making any money and went to my website to change things and found the site not loading and just spinning for a long time. I do not know what FTP access is but here is the log in information so you can hopefully fix this.

P.S (Added to above)and it is not that I do not want the layerslider. It is all because of this issue I attempted to not use it at all and turn it off. I would like to have it but can live without it if I must. Thank you!!!!

I keep getting a layerslider not found red warning in my speed test. My site is loading in 15 seconds. I have deleted the sample sliders. I canniot figure out why there is a warning if I do not use or have a layerslider in my website.Is there a solution that does not require code?

I am having issues again.
The entire second line of editing tools has disappeared from the text block editor. I still have you on as a collaborator in my site and was hoping for your help. The change text color box and everything else is gone. I have disabled all plugins and still all the issues remain.
I cannot highlight and change font colors on any of the H1-H6 fonts.
I was trying to change the H6 to a different font in the Styling editor and it will only change the size, not the font.
The 1/5th box is doing the same thing as when it was acting up before you helped me the last time so I am suspicious something similar is happening?? The x is over the edit cell symbol is on top of the x to delete a 1/5th cell. It is easy to work around but just thought it was important since it happened the last time things went disarray.

I want to include H6 all over the website where ever I see fit. What difference does it make where I would use it? Never mind. I just wont do it. Thank you.
I am trying to change H6 to a different font in Advanced styling, yes. It is not working. It is changing the size but not the font.
I am trying to change font colors in the Text Block individually on different pages. The whole second line of the text settings in the text block is gone including the strikethrough, horizontal line, TEXT COLOR. The box for text color gone. The line has disappeared. Can’t seem to find out how to get it back?

Masonry gallery has an option on the images to have text on them. The theme comes with black text. There is no option to change the black text that cannot be read on top of an image. There was about 5 or 6 lines of type to go in the quick code that solved this problem. \ Hover on the masonry images on this page and see the black type.

PamI had taken my logo out when it was not working and blank image box was appearing. Working fine now thank you. Background turning gray and footer shrinking appears to be fixed when I added in a hot spot as you said so I can now fix those pages. Layerslider fine as you stated. So far all of the issues tested are working fine now. :)
Type on phone now looks good, no overlapping after I set the hot spot and cleared cache. :) :) :)
There is one strange thing. On the cell phone, there is a box under the hot spot image stretched that has the type in it instead of on image. I can live with this and make my changes accordingly now that I know the dreaded hot spot is causing this if this is just how they appear on cell phone.
Is there a way to have the image stretch along top of page without using hot spot box?.One thing I think we did not cover. I put in anti-spam plug in. Got a Ton last night!! Every time I try one it locks me out thinking I am spammer i and have to call flywheel to unlock me. Any suggestions? Do you think this glitched caused that? Now that I am happily up and running I do not want to lock myself out!
