For the record – because I found it late in the game – this is the solution that worked for my site:
#top .av-submenu-container.av-sticky-submenu { z-index: 2; }Just referencing the sub menu ID (#sub_menu1) didn’t work.

The z index for submenu1 – which I found first didn’t resolve the issue for me. This did fix the issue… which I found after changing all the pages to “non sticky”. Maybe this solution can be posted to the top of the support items for quick reference?
Also – my comment here is so I can (hopefully) track when the release fixes the issue.

There was a cache plugin that was creating the problem. I didn’t know the plugin was installed.

Well – your code changed things… maybe it is close. The commas are still creating the “process” to handle the numbers separately.
I am hoping to have the number count up from “1” to “4,000,000,000” with the commas in place.

The site is behind a firewall and I won’t be able to open access to you.
However, I’ve taken a screenshot of the Enfold Admin showing the vw font sizes. You can see that 3vw is the smallest size available in the pull-down.
Can we adapt the theme so that 2.5vw and 2vw are also choices?

We have the same request. With large numbers (millions, billions, etc.), the number reads better with the commas.
However, the current programming doesn’t count up the entire number – seeing the commas as separate numbers.I’d love a solution for this; even if it is changing the code a bit on my side – if I can get some good direction to do so.
Any movement to adjust the THEME to support the request? Or does anyone have the solution that can be done by a developer such as myself – with some knowledge of programming/PHP/SQL, etc.?

Version 4.3.1 is installed on cloudeg.com. It has not fixed the background video bug.

Also, the CSS supplied in that provided post thread still leaves a large white space.
- Is there a permanent fix so those SCREEN OPTION elements work?
- Is there code that will truly remove the element from the front end (removing the whitespace)?

I updated the parent theme via FTP first – it didn’t work.

I just successfully used the credentials to access both the ADMIN and FTP.
Can you please check again? If you have the same experience, can you send me your IP?
Maybe I can whitelist it – I don’t think that is the issue, but it could be.
