Obviously it’s a conflict between Enfold and WP Rocket. But since there are no problems with other themes together with WP Rocket, the only logical option is that the problem is with Enfold, right?
I don’t see why I shouldn’t use a useful (paid) plugin like WP Rocket or one or more of its functions – which works fine on all other sites and with tons of other themes – just because Enfold doesn’t work properly anymore.
Enfold is now just a patchwork rug. Even the German translations are only a fraction available and the complete admin area of Enfold is a colorful mixture of German and English. For a German user who does not speak English, Enfold is hardly usable. Sad.

@Anne-Mieke, did you upload a logo for the transparent header in Enfold? The extra fields can be disabled in your WordPress settings on the top right of your page editor.

you’re using WPRocket too, right? Go to WP Rocket -> Medien and deactivate the first option “lazy load” -> “Für Bilder aktivieren”. You can do that also for each page seperately in the settings on the page.

If I deactivate lazy load for the page, the logo shows. Oddly enough the logo shows fine in Firefox, with our without lazy load. But deactivating lazy load can’t be the solution.
Danke, Guenni. Da liegt das Problem wohl tatsächlich an Enfold. Das ist das einzige der Themes, die wir nutzen, wo es solche Probleme gibt. Jedes Update bringt neue Fehler. Ich schaue mir das Ganze jetzt auch noch mal im FF an (Iiiiih! ;-))

in a private tab it works as it should. But where is the problem and how can I solve it?

DieterI experienced other problems too. When I edit a column (e.g. background color, background image, padding etc.) save and nothing is saved. nothing changes. When I change my site language to “english” instead of german, it works.
Also I save a page as draft, not the actual version is saved but an older one. Saving as “publish”, everything is okay.
Sorry, if my english isn’t that wonderful. I’m a german guy. ;-)

were do you see me blaming anyone? I simply said: Enfold isn’t ready for WP5. That’s a fact and that’s all.Like @goldengate415 said, anyone knew WP5 was coming.

thank you for your answer. This is definitely no bot. The contact form does not send, if not all fields are filled. I checked the logs and everything else with the provider and we are pretty sure that it is a problem with Enfold respectively Enfold with PHP 7.2.We will see what happens in the next days and weeks… ;-)

of course I tried adding the css via FTP to \enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\icongrid\icongrid.css. Several times, cleaning cache and all that stuff. Didn’t work. But as I said, finally I pasted the css in the Quick CSS field and it works. So at least no further action required. Thank you.Regards

unfortunately none of the CSS works on firefox. This Icon Grid thing is simply unuseable. Has anyone a solution that works? My customers are rightly upset and I have to find another solution instead of the Icon Grid.Cheers

sorry for my late reply, had a lot of work to do. After trying some things out, cleared cache, reset WPRocket etc. my error-message has gone indeed. I still don’t know why it was there. Tried with cache deleting and all that stuff before. Hmm… I guess time obviously heals not only wounds, but also errors with fonts. :-)I very much appreciate your help!

DieterThank you Victoria. Nethertheless I had to create a complete new Google Maps API key to get my Maps to work again. Nether had such problems before with Enfold.
Exactly the same problem here. Already created a new API key. Also I see that “Mailchimp” text in the Google Services section and Google Maps doesn’t work.
Ich rufe die Einstellungen für die Google Services auf und bekomme eine Anzeige für die Mailchimp API. Google API ist korrekt, Google Map wird nicht angezeigt. Leere Seite.
And I was afraid it was my fault. ;-) Great you could fix that. Thank you for your help again.
