1. It seems like it would be best that you cropped each image to be the same size/ratio.
2. Please insert the below css into your custom css section:

Have you tried disabling your other plugins, clearing your cache and activating the default WordPress theme to see if it is a theme/plugin conflict?
I’m not familiar with the loco translation plugin, so it may be best to run this issue by their support team.

1. I’m not sure what image you are referring to. May we have a link to your blogger website if that is where the image originally came from.

That is’nt currently a nativae feature and would need to be implemented via custom code.

Appears to be a media query issue in your editor section.
Before confirming that however, please disable all of your plugins and clear your cache, just to make sure there isn’t a conflict causing the break.

Please remove any instances of caption css that hasn’t worked, so I can neatly implement css without possible conflicts.
It’s usually best to organize your css by grouping each to a specific hierachy/category.
I see that you are also using short descriptions or comments to indicate what each section of css affects.
