Since nobody from Enfold checked my Quick CSS code (Enfold provided months ago) with the private login details I provided on July 18, 2017 and so many people are reporting NO Mobile menu, I reverted to Enfold 4.0.7.
Has Enfold 4.1.3 been released to fix the missing mobile menu? I did not see it on the Enfold changelog:

The latest version of CFDB supports Enfold. See:

My issue has nothing to do with Mega Menu.
My issue and it seems like other Enfold 4.1.2 users like @erikstorm_no is that there is simply NO MENU on iPhones or Android phones.
Can you please post a notice: “NO MENU on iOS and Android Mobiles with Enfold 4.1.2” and fix it to the top of the support forum to let everyone know?
Unfortunately, I am going to revert to Enfold 4.0.7 until you can fix all the problems with 4.1.2.

Did you test it on your iPhone or on http://quirktools.com/screenfly/ ?I’ve cleared cache on the hosting server and the local browser several times before and after your reply, but there is still no burger menu on iPhones.
I also tested the site on http://quirktools.com/screenfly/ and there is no burger menu on iPhones.

Thank you.I know the Enfold Team is trying to fix many bugs in 4.1.2, so I am trying some fixes on my own.
I fixed items 1 and 3 by going to Enfold > Header > Header Custom Height and changed it from 240px to 218px.
Apparently, Enfold 4.1.2 changed some formatting.
Hopefully, this will help others.Unfortunately, item 2 is still an issue: no burger menu on iPhone.

Thank you for looking into this. I have created new posts with all plugins installed with no problem.
The added code appears to be that I was pasting text from Microsoft Word.
On the visual tab it appeared to be only text.
On the text tab it included plenty of extra HTML.
I searched all posts for <w:WordDocument> and manually removed the extra HTML code.Hope others find this thread useful.

Now, can you please help to reduce the space between Layout Elements on just that one page?
And to reduce the space between the image and the text “Compare Long…” inside of the Text Block on just that one page.

I have a custom header.php in my child theme as well, but have yet to update to Enfold 3.6 since so many users are having so many problems.Just out of curiosity I Disabled the Firewall feature inside the Wordfence plugin while it was still running and presto – I was able to edit the element icon inside the cell.

GoDaddy is full of it. Since GoDaddy’s servers are notorious for sending spam, many third party spam detectors (e.g.: https://www.spamhaus.org/) blacklist GoDaddy’s servers. If asked, GoDaddy will admit to this.
Here is how I addressed this same issue:
1. make sure the form is sent to two emails (the first from your domain, the second ideally a gmail or yahoo account) by placing a comma and space between the two email addresses
2. include (Email address hidden if logged out) in the from field

3. install the Contact Form DB plugin for be sure every completed form is captured – great plugin!

The Enfold ThemeForest website still shows a 3.4.4 version on the changelog.
Can you please update the Enfold ThemeForest website to say what you just explained, “if it says you are using 3.4.3 then you are using the latest version.”
That way users know the changelog is incorrect?
Or, maybe a version 3.4.5 that corrects this issue?

Is anyone able to run the Transients Cleaner plugin and then “Check Manually” in the parent Enfold Theme Update tab, then update and have the Enfold Theme say?:
“No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.4)”After doing so, all I see is:
“No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.3)”If not, can Enfold please fix this? Thanks!

Having run the transient cleaner plugin (removing expired and all transients in that order) and clicking “Check Manually” in the parent Enfold Theme Update tab a few minutes ago, it still says: “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.3)”.
And, with GB doing an upload update, the Envato server must still have the old old Enfold 3.4.3.
Seems like all approaches are failing.
I am sure Enfold will fix this soon.
