Hey Nikko,
Well that maybe tells me the ID, but not the whole CSS code!? ;-)
grt Boris
Ok, thx, good to know! :-)
Hey Nikko,
Aha ok, so if it’s shortcode, it doesn’t break anything and I should ignore it?
grt Boris
Hey Nikko,
Ok, thx for the advice, but I’m not tech savvy in CSS haha.
So could you please show me? ;-)
grt BorisHey Nikko,
When I use a shortcode, there is a mention that the start and end code might break something and then refers to the same page as you mentioned.
But I’ve tried to implement the solution, but that doesn’t work!? :-SInstead of [instagram-feed] I have to change that to ###91### instagram-feed ###93### but that doesn’t work. I’ve downloaded and installed the plugin that’s needed for that too.
grt Boris
Hey Jordan,
Thx. I thought Enfold showed it by itself… Will try that, so I see which images are not used anymore so I can delete them…
grt BorisHey Nikko,
And if I want to have the name, adress and phonenr without a label and the rest with a label, how do I do that?

October 13, 2020 at 1:27 am in reply to: GTmetrix shows entypo-fontello.woff file as missing (404 error) #1252380Hey Team,
I have the same problem! GTmetrix tells me this:
The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources.https://www……nl/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/fontello/fontello.woff2
https://www……nl/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/untitled-font-1/untitled-font-1.woff2What should I do?
grt BorisHey Nikko,
That finally worked, thx!
Is there a way I can leave some labels out but let some labels remain or is it all or nothing?grt Boris
Hey Nikko,
I’ve managed to fix it now.
But the reason we started this, is now not fixed yet :-Sgrt Boris
Please help me with this ASAP :-S
Really weird, because I can visit the site on every page, except the /tarieven one (the most visited one and the login page for WP!! I’ve changed the file like you said, through SFTP…
DAMN, not good man, really not happy with this!! This is costing me revenue too! :-S
And I can’t get into the site anymore, how can I fix this then???

September 8, 2020 at 12:24 am in reply to: how to remove labels in email enfold contactform #1244113Hey Victoria,
Thx for your quick reply, sorry about my late one, I didn’t get (or see) the notify email ;-P
The link is in the private part…
grt Boris
Hey Enfold team,
The above solution doesn’t work anymore :-( At least, I tried to find that line in the “class-form-generator.php”, but I couldn’t find it :-(
Is that because of an update in the theme maybe? Can you please help!?
grt Boris
Anyone? :-(
Hey there,
I have the same problem. The form does send the automatic reply to the customer, but 1 out of 3 of the times, we don’t receive an email with the filled out form details… Really frustrating! Luckily we have a note in the automatic reply asking them to email or call us if we haven’t replied. That works most of the times… Regular direct email does work.
We used to have this problem every now and then, but maybe since we moved our company email to the google/gmail servers, the problem is occuring more often (too often)…
Google Suite is not that approachable, how should we fix this!? :-(
grt BorisSolved by my provider! ;-)
February 1, 2019 at 1:50 pm in reply to: Can't update Enfold in theme due to the URL not being valid? #1061537Hey Victoria,
This has been solved, sorry for the late reply ;-)
I do have another problem in another thread though :-P hahaOctober 26, 2018 at 3:17 am in reply to: Can't update Enfold in theme due to the URL not being valid? #1026616Never mind my previous post, will try the solution you mentioned in another thread first ;-)
October 26, 2018 at 3:02 am in reply to: Can't update Enfold in theme due to the URL not being valid? #1026615Hey guys,
I have the same problem with one of my sites. The links you provide are either not working or routing to this page itself!
So can you please provide us with the right solution?grt Boris
Hey Victoria!
Nice, finally a women between all those men as moderators here ;-)
I understand bots visit anything they can. But that creates a lot of 404 visits and that shows in Google Analytics etc. And I guess that’s not really how it should be!? My analytics man was surprised by it, and he has a lot of experience…
Any ideas?grtz Boris
Hey Rikard,
Well, sorry, I maybe described it in the wrong way. The 404-page is not weird itself, but the fact that there are visits (that are weird) to parts of WP and the theme, that don’t make sense, cause they are not pages, are weird!
All the pages have normal english names and no weird extensions like ‘.html’ or ‘mediaelementplayer.css?ver’ or something like that. So howcome ‘people’ or bots try to ‘visit’ those parts of the site!?
grt Boris
Hey Mike,
Sorry, yeah that would be handy aye haha. I’ll put it down here…
Thx for the fast reply!grt Boris

But, eeehmmm, how and where do we implement this solution @ismael ? :-P
