I will test the copying and pasting of the shortcode.
Thank you.

Do you think I should reach out to the hosting company (godaddy) to see if they can reset the cache on the server?
Is there an SSH command that would reset the cache?I also uninstalled NitroPack, which was a newer service we had signed up for, but this didn’t do anything either.
Any other ideas we can test?
I appreciate your help!

Do you have any other ideas?
Thank you!
Thank you – I’ll play around with that some more.
Appreciate the quick replies, feel free to mark this as resolved!
Thank you for your response! The first option worked great.
The calendar buttons on the single events are also formatted a little strangely with what looks like an extra icon and inconsistent padding. Is this an Enfold conflict, as well?
An example link is below.

October 10, 2021 at 5:01 pm in reply to: Background Image in Colored Section Not Displaying #1324291Hi There,
Thank you for looking into this. It appears that I wasn’t clear enough. The background images display in other areas of the pages, but not the top colored sections. Please see the URL for a screenshot of the section I am specifically talking about so you can see where the image is not displaying. We’ve tried purging the cache and clearing cookies/history, but these top images are not displaying. The other background images in colored sections are displaying on the pages.
Thank you kindly for looking at this,
CaitlinIt is all set – worked perfectly!
Thank you so much! This worked perfectly!
Hi there! Apologies for the delay. We did change the o that was playing (now video below, which is a 7 min looping video so fewer people would see the error message).
Once the video plays once, we see the error that the video is unavailable, meaning it isn’t looping as intended. Whatever the error had been is no longer an issue, but now we see this new problem of the video being unable to loop.
Thank you so much for your help with this!

February 11, 2020 at 2:50 pm in reply to: Add Copyright Information to Colored-Section Background Image #1183518Ok Thank you. I ended up just formatting code blocks to position the text overlay we wanted. I appreciate your response!

February 4, 2020 at 8:52 pm in reply to: Add Copyright Information to Colored-Section Background Image #1181522Thank you for the reply – not 100% sure it is what we are looking for, but a good start. Is there a way to display the copyright text as a caption to a background image?
We can close this – we had transferred the site and it looks like some features stopped working properly – we are attempting a different way of migrating everything over.
Thank you so much for your replies!
What should the permission settings be. It is strange that some of the child theme files appear with content in the default editor, but this one does not. I added the content via FTP, which is why I am confused about it.
Thank you so much!
Hi There –
I’m still trying to work on this, too. I have the loop-search.php in the Includes folder of my Child theme. When I am logged in via FTP the loop-search.php file is not empty, but through the theme editor on the WordPress dashboard this file is empty (as you noted above).
What can I do to rectify this?
Thank you!
I think I’ve updated this correctly, but it is still showing ‘Nothing Found” – would you be able to double check for me?
Thank you very much!
See below
I’ve added loop-search.php to the child theme, however, on https://dev.powerfulpatients.org/hub/aml/newly-diagnosed/, the Nothing Found notice still appears.
Any suggestions?
Thank you!

Thank you – that worked!
Do you know if there is a way for me to specify a new thumbnail image size just for these images?
Thank you!

I have another question, which I’ll start a new feed with.
Best,
CaitlinWhoops! The FTP information didn’t save in the comments before. Please see below and thank you!
HI Victoria,
Apologies if I made this confusing.
When I try to add the excerpts to the magazine element, the background image in the colored section zooms in a lot – it still covers the entire element on most pages, but it isn’t formatted as specified in the colored section settings (stretch to fit, centered, parallax, etc). I’ve reuploaded magazine.php via ftp so it now is the original enfold code rather than my edits, so the issue doesn’t appear on the site anymore.
I think I just need clarification now on where to install the code to include the excerpts in magazine.php.
Thank you for your help!
