That has nothing to do with theme.
It is more on what you can use to the front end, to make it look better.
You can just try a front end managment solution, or hire someone to work with WordPress Rest API and create a managment system.Let us know if we can do anything else for you.

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

That is possible to be changed, but if we add a certain height for the column, it will be a mess in responsive mode.
That is happening because you have different text size, at each box.Do let us know if you can change that and it will fix your problem.
