Please update to Enfold 4.0.3 as there are some fixes and let us know if thta problem was included.
Always disable rest of the plugins and clear your cache when testing please.

If you replace the core and that fixes the issue, the problem might not be with our theme at all, it seems.
Have you tried to scan your site with something like sucury?

That happens cause of the permalinks ( htaccess rulres ), but we can not know if there are other ( might be, if WordPress does not allow that type of structure ).

The issue might also be with a selection from server, we are sorry you have had to face that and thanks a lot for reporting it as a finding.
