Without been able to check your layout, what you need to do is go ahead and try use something like the following

@media queries Responsiveness

So, each of your spaces has a class, which you can use to either make the space smaller or disable them completely.
It is based on media queries custom CSS that you have to write and use.

Enfold has a builder, Advanced Layout Builder, which does have those options to be used.

Vinay listed that we support Mailchimp, you do not ask for mailchimp onyl, you ask for general forms. And Option is not just a form, it is also triggers based on actions ( as I explained )

Your php memory limit is not 256M

Please fix that and let us know after if it is working.
You will have most probably to contact your hosting provider as overwriting from wp-config.php does not work on that.
