That code is also including some JS, which has to be added either on your header.php of the child theme or create a custom function that will place it. If you can not have a way to integrate it or do not know how, consider to hire a freelancer to help you integrate the function.

The function of add to cart is actually really hard and strange to play with.
If you want to hook the SKU there, it will do take a lot of time.The easiest way is to try hire a freelancer to help you out with that.

You can not.
There is no option to remove somehow the rendering.
It is included on the content and can not be removed only on mobile.
What you can do although ( but it would require a lot of custom coding ) is to create a different custom field, hide the content on browsers and make the field visible on mobiles.Best regards,

You will have to modify the grid, and change get_permalink() with the link of your PDF.
I guess thta if you load the pdf from a custom post type, you can load the link there.Let us know if you start doing it and we can help further.

Please download those to your local computer, with your ftp client and keep them as backup.
