The Avanced Layout Builder is not right now able to be used with other themes, as Kriesi is not supporting it yet as a plugin
but it is working with the theme as integrated module we are afraid.

There are plans to make it a separate product, but not sure when yet.

From what checked we do not have a filter or a hook for that right now
Although based on the requests, there might be a chance that we might consider it.

I the mean time, if it is something you really need it, consdier to move the shortcode of the newsletter to your child theme and modify it from there.
