the issue seems to be clear from your hosting provider and we are afraid we cant do anything else from our side.
They have to help you out solve it – or then you have to use a third party SMTP like mailgun to help you move from there the forms.Best regards,

There is a trick.
Leave on the feeds, only the Portfolio Title and remove the content from the feed ;-)

Also you can let your client know that, any theme that users a builder, which will have that issue in the end, so the solution I am suggesting is the best!

Defining a higher memory limit in WordPress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the WordPress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line

and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.Best regards,
