Hi Ismael,
Because the issue is intermittent, you may not see the error right away. That does not mean the site is working as expected – I can assure you that we are having a major disruption to all our events that has been happening on and off for several months. For example, I could not see the error yesterday but I do today. Please try on a laptop and mobile device, and try clicking on the event links on the homepage as well as as the event links in the event calendar.
All our attempts to resolve it thus far have failed. As I previously mentioned, our dev site does not use Enfold and it works fine. Our live site, which uses Enfold continues to give us intermittent 404 errors, leading us to our default 404 page instead of event details. This leads us to believe that there is a conflict between Enfold and TEC. Have any other users reported issues like this?
I activated debug mode and I see a few errors:

Thanks Rikard. I tried that but I keep getting critical errors on my site when I use the new header.php version. Clearly I’m missing something when I marry the two files, but I can’t tell what. Can you take a look?
Yes, I did. And I know the cache was cleared as I had to re-enter the password for the page. I’m still seeing the issue, on multiple browsers.
Thanks for the quick reply, Jordan. I added that code but the issue isn’t fixed – the element still runs off the page at almost every screen size.
Yep, I see the same thing. It looks like it took a day or so after migrating to a new host to see the blocks as they should be. Weird! Thanks for your help, you can mark this as solved.

Thanks, that worked. I now see that the editor looks weird on each page that I open. Any idea why it looks like this? The editor is visible after all this shortcode but it’s not working as it should.

I have checked my Google Maps API settings many, many times. I have even created a new API and applied that one. I continue to get this error, even though I can see the API in my google API account.
I have successfully set this up on other sites and even with Enfold, so I am completely stumped here. I cannot fix anything on the google side as it is not broken. There seems to be an issue with the theme which is why I keep coming back to you guys. I am attaching new screenshots showing all of this. Please, please help. My client needs a map that works, and I don’t see anything that I can do to fix this.
Pardon for my pause. I have updated the theme and the map still won’t load. Help! My client really needs this to work, and I’m stumped.
Hi there,
I have added both my indev install and my live site correctly. I see a “no api keys” error when I load the site, but when i look in the google services tab my api is clearly there and working. I’m now also seeing an error that says I have exceeded my request quote for this API even though I have not gone over budget. Can anyone help? This has been a revolving door of issues, that seem related to the theme not to google directly.
OK, I added the http referrer and now I am receiving several errors:
– Google Maps JavaScript API warning: NoApiKeys
– You have exceeded your request quota for this API.Billing is enabled and has been working just fine. And I know the API keys are correct, and set up properly because all has been working fine until very recently.

The site loads as usual, and no error is evident until I inspect the code. In Chrome inspect, select “Console” and you can see several errors. Screenshot attached as well. I have a separate thread open regarding the google maps API issue.
I had not restricted the API so this step isn’t necessary, right? But in case it helps I have now done so, and added the site’s url as a referrer. The map still won’t load :(

I replaced my header.php and helper-main-menu and the map still won’t work. I now see several errors, including a 404 error that has caused my google adwords campaign to be suspended. I’m also seeing some styling issues, but these are far less important than my google ads and map which are urgent and pressing respectively. You can see everything on my staging site, credentials below. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your timely response. After my last post I did put the fix that you suggested in place, and the video opens as a pop-up. It works for now, but it’s not ideal. I do understand that customizations of the theme are not supported by Kriesi, which is completely reasonable. In this case, I am simply trying to use one of the functions that exists in the theme but does not work as advertised. I’m not asking for custom work, I’m just asking that the video block be made to work as it should. I hope that future updates of the theme include the work you are currently doing so that other users may use the video blocks as well. The fix that you gave me on the last thread only works for large screens, but is not responsive and thus looks bad on tablets and mobile devices. I would so appreciate you giving me a fix for the video block that will work across all screens, just as the theme does. Thanks in advance.

This looks good and works on desktops, but it doesn’t look right on smaller screens. On the desktop version you see no progress bar, etc, but on smaller screens you can see the progress bar and play button half-way peeking up underneath the play button you have added. Can you remove them, please? I’m fine without them, but having both makes the video player look a bit broken. Thanks.
Link below, and I’ve placed an arrow that points to the issue. This padding is better described as the header of the site overlapping/obscuring the full-width image placed at the top of each page. I see it in Firefox, Chrome & Safari, and I don’t have IE or else I would test it there.
