I am using the Enfold Instagram widget in the footer of the site I am developing. Suddenly it stopped working. It only shows thin lines where the images is supposed to be. I have tried removing the widget and adding it again but the same result. Any ideas on what to try?

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 4.2.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Please flush cache if you are using any cache plugin. If that too does not help, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can inspect the issue.

YigitI am not using any cache plugin and I have emptied browser cache bot no change. I am still on localhost, should be live this week.

YigitI have uploaded the site to a subdomain on my own website for you to view the problem. On a computer screen the you can only view thin stripes where the vidget is supposed to be. On mobile see the title and all the #hashtags on the image. You can view the site at http://demo.landdesign.no.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

You are currently using Enfold 4.2. Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.2.2 – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and that should solve the issue as a fix was included in Enfold 4.2.1 :)
