    I’d like to use the Instagram widget in the footer, and am getting the following error in the WP admin’s footer widget area; I’ve tried multiple IG accounts with the same error:

    Errors found:
    Instagram has returned invalid data.

    On the site, the following errors appear:

    Only visible for admins:
    Instagram has returned invalid data.
    No images available at the moment

    I have the latest version of Enfold installed, 4.7.4.

    Could you please advise as to how to get Instagram working? Thank you!

    Hi, Checking in about this thread. I’m using your Instagram widget in the footer, but it’s not loading the posts. Any advice on how to get the posts to load? Please see above for the site details. Thank you!

    I’m very sorry for the late reply. I’m seeing the same thing as you are describing on my end as well unfortunately. What happens if you publish your site or take it off Coming Soon mode?

    Hi Rikard, Thanks for your message. I tried your suggestion; the error message still appears.

    I set up a fresh WP install with the latest version of Enfold to test the Instagram widget, and the error message appears as well.

    Please take a look at the details below. The Instagram widget is in the footer.

    Could you please advise? Is the configuration of the widget itself incorrect?

    Hey,

    Sorry for the late reply!

    Instagram has limitations on shared servers so our widget may not work on shared servers. However we have implemented Smash Balloon Social Feed plugin into Enfold which is way more advanced than our widget.
    Please install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ and go to plugin settings authorize your account.
    Then you can use Smash Balloon Instagram widget and Instagram element under Plugin Additions tab of Advanced Layout Builder :)
