    I am using the coming soon page as my home page while I build my site. There is a contact form to allow people to tell me they want to be notified when the site is up and running. But I’ve tested it many times from many different computers using different emails and I never receive an email telling me someone wants to be notified. I’m at a lose

    Hey mjsabates,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi mjsabates,

    I have tested this on my end, I copied your coming soon page (link in private content) and just replaced the receiving email to my gmail (and also test with yahoo).
    It worked fine on gmail, on yahoo it was in my spam folder but still got it.

    Hello @Nikko !

    I’m sorry to disturb, but I have a similar problem on a client’s website.

    Enfold form is not working, Contact for 7 does.
    I have 2 forms on this website.

    Please find your access to everything in the private section in order to check

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.6) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also, did you try out these suggestions? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-

    Hello @Rikard,

    So. I’ve tested a bunch of things.

    Theme is updated.
    Plugins are deactivated.
    Your forn doesn’t work
    Contact Form 7 is working tho.

    So yeah. Need help.
