Hi,
In the past week I cannot make any changes to any of my pages. The Avia Layout Builder doesn’t load and just shows a constant spinning cog. Pages cannot be published. Have disabled/enabled plugins, switched themes etc. and nothing. It constantly says “Publishing failed. You are probably offline”. Please help
Can someone please help me? I can’t make any changes to my website. I can’t view the Avia Layout builder (cog wheel just spins endlessly), I can’t publish any pages as it keeps timing out, I can’t add new pages. My website is basically not changeable. Everything was working fine until the past week and I changed nothing. Happy to share my login details – someone please help

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also, where did you buy the theme?

I bought the theme on ThemeForest. Have tried to upload the latest Enfold zil file on wordpress but it keeps timing out
Hi Rikard, i have the same issue with my website as well. My layout Editor is just spinning, and Code as well as Layout Editor will not load.
I updated word press, and now the Layout Editor will not even come up anymore. I really would appreciate any help from your side very very much. My business is a two man show and we are very much relying on the working of our website.I actually solved this randomly by connecting to a different wifi source (actually tethered to my phone). I restarted my home wifi network and connected to it again and all has worked since, Very very random.
Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately this did not help I tried on multiple computers and with multiple internet connections, still the same result

@Seimen_x I enabled debugging mode for ALB – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#debug-mode and using shortcodes, replaced Text Block element you used for your shortcode with Code Block element however due to your security, I was not able to update your page. I did not want to share the page shortcodes publicly as well so I added pastebin link on top of Enfold theme options > General Styling > Quick CSS field. Please copy the shortcode on that link, edit your page and replace page shortcode with it.Also, you are using a very old version of Enfold and WordPress. We would recommend you to keep them updated. Please create a testing site and update them there first to be on the safe side :)

Thank you for your reply, I am not completely sure that I understand though. The Code you provided under the link I think I added properly. Unfortunately the Issue still persists, although I also did the update of WordPress, the Theme and setting PHP Version with the Hoster to PHP 7.3. Now I still get multiple errors when I update existing pages, and I produces an empty page, even though in the backend I have content. Also the Avia Layout Editor is not loading, there is just a circle that shows its loading. When I create an entire new page, everything loads fine and the Avia layout editor is there. the issue is only there, when I try to edit existing pages. I really would appreciate any help as soon as possible, because it has been hindering us for a while now. Thank you very much for your help. Thanks it seems to be happening only on a single page (link in private content).
The error that shows is Error 510 (Not Extended):Access denied by security policyList of Error 5xx errors: https://developer.att.com/video-optimizer/docs/best-practices/5xx-internal-server-error-best-practices
I tried to add the shortcode piece by piece and the problem shows up when the TERMIN ONLINE BUCHEN section and elements below it are added (unfortunately, the server does not allow it to be added again).
I have saved the shortcode (link and password to view it is in private content).
Please try to request for assistance from your webhost regarding the error above.Best regards,

It is the field that shows up right below our messages if it is not empty. I have attached a screenshot in private content field. Please make sure to check the thread on our forum to see it. It is only visible to you and us, moderators :)
The issue seems to be related to mod security rules. Some other users had issues with these words: “get“,”include“, “select” or “head” and had it resolved after checking with their hosting providers.

Sorry, I thought this was your thread. You would not be able to see private content field since you have not started this thread.

YigitHi Yigit, thanks for the response. o.k. So I was able to talk to the hoster and modify the security settings. Now I can edit, however the cog is still spinning with older pages, and I cannot edit in the old pages I have. please provide me with a proper solution since this is not appropriate right now. however when I add extra content it just deletes everything once I update the page.
when I try to return to the previous revisions it does them, but screw up the formatting. I greatly would appreciate any help.
Whatever you did to fix the mobilerevolution Bubendorf Page before did the trick, however since I am not the starter of this thread I cannot access the code you created to fix the issue, so please tell me how to fix it once and for all. You can send me an email or create a subpage on my website with the proper code. thank youUpdate: I noted that the whole Avia Layout Editor is completely gone now!
