I am setuping a web site to train with WordPress and Enfold Theme.
I would like to import Enfold 2017 Demo but i get the following error after exactly 300s :Importing didnt work!
You might want to try reloading the page and then try againAfter looking on your forums i tried the following things :
– Increase the Max_Execution_Time to 3000 in the wp-config.php :
define(‘max_execution_time’, ‘3000’);
– Add other lines like :
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);
define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false );

But i was not able to find the private section of your site to download the .zip and the installer.php

Could you please provide me the updated link to the Duplicator Files as i think this would be the best chance to avoid the executiion time ?

Yes, I linked the Duplicator Files in the Private Content area.
I have also linked the All-in-One WP Migration files, you may find it a easier import.

MikeJust to let you know, I also had problems loading the Enfold 2017 demo on my personal Mac. I set higher wp-config and php.ini settings per some of the other posts here. What eventually worked in the end was being persistent on clicking the Import button, waiting for the import to error out, and then going back and clicking the import button *without* resetting the database. I think the rows eventually get added to the database, although some “max errors” type of limit causes the scripting to quit prematurely when duplicate keys are encountered. I had to do this 4 times, but it eventually worked for me. This behavior matches some of the descriptions in other similar posts. I’m hoping my experience might benefit others. Good luck.
p.s. Edit: Well the demo is mostly working, but some items are still missing :( FYI.

Please ensure your PHP settings are like this:
PHP Version: 7.x
PHP Time Limit: No limit
PHP Memory Limit: 256M
PHP Post Max Size: 50M
PHP Max Upload Size: 24M
PHP ZipArchive Extension: enabledSome “WordPress Managed Hosting” have PHP security settings activated, please ask your webhost to check your PHP settings to see if the secure options are activated.
“allow_url_fopen”, “allow_url_include” and “register_globals” are “off”
Try turning these “on”.If these don’t help then please open a new thread and include an admin login & FTP access in the Private Content area and we will try a manual import, please note we will have to reset your site so all settings & content will be lost.
