Dear Mr. Mrs.,
I am trying to change some content on a customers webpage to see all information in text blocks I am trying to change is instantly changed to HTML markup where before was just input via a text/paragraph block. It seems an update of WordPress or Enfold change the whole website buildup.
Hopefully somebody is able to assist me in finding a solution as this error prevents me from changing the website. Building a new one would be too much work.

Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

Thank you, it seems to block the update when I try to update via the WordPress backend.
I receive a download failure because the url is not correct, at least that is what the WordPress updater states.I posted the login information in the initial post message.
