Thanks for the feedback, but we can’t really do much if you can’t provide more detailed information on the problem. Looking at your site I can’t see that it’s any faster or slower than any other sites, though your slider on top of the page seems to not be loading at all. Also, you are loading a lot of content on the front page, maybe you should rethink that approach and only try having featured or special products on the front page, then link to your full shop instead?

If you want to run further tests then I would try disabling all plugins you might have on the page to see if you get any better results.

Did you check that you the option is active in Screen Option on the top right hand corner of the screen under Appearance->Menus? If that is not what you are looking for then please post admin login details in private and we’ll have a closer look.
