Hello, 2 things.
1)
I was trying to use the Enfold MailChimp feature for a contact form and it works beautifully EXCEPT, for some reason the “message” field doesn’t show.Is there a fix for this or just out of luck? You guys helped me with my Enfold form customization and that translated to the MailChimp element so needless to say, I’m ecstatic! Just wish I could get that silly “message” field to display.

2) how can I make a hover background color on the submit button for the Mailchimp sign up form? #A78F4F
I assume the same fix will work on the MailChimp contact form if that can be made to work too.Thank you!!

Thank you so much for your quick response. That is so odd you can see it.
I have checked and the Visual Editor is not disabled.
I have also logged in on a different browser and am getting the same result.
I have logged in with the same login as what I provided you and still can’t see most of the formatting boxes.

I have enabled all Screen Options and still the same result.
And I have also logged into other websites that I created using Enfold and the formatting is there.I’m not sure why this happened, but when I updated to Enfold version 4.9.2, the first three columns of the footer stopped aligning with the 4th column. I tried going into footer.php, but I’m not sure what to update to realign the first three columns.

thanks for your help. I just had a small typo wich made it not work.
But i found something really really strange:
I live in germany thats why i really need to look in GDPR compatibility.
After adding my custom SVG separator, my websites starts loading fonts from google.
Im not using any of those two fonds on my website, wich are getting loaded.
I also block all Google Fonts in my enfold settings but those fonts still gets downloaded from google so it seems for me like a bug.ill attach a link to my website in the private area. You can inspect that fonts get loaded from google with the developer console.

I really cant find out why and where that happens. I already tried everything and i dont want to add another plugin that blocks those fonts for me.
I also cloned my Homepage Site. Then i removed the SVG Separators in footer and header. So no google Fonts are loaded. That really seems odd and like a bug. I attached my copied version of my Homepage also.

No, unfortunately you cannot find your purchase code on WordPress. You can find it on the ThemeForest account that was used when purchasing the theme. If you do not have access to that account, please contact the person who purchased the theme for you and request your purchase code.
Also, please ask them to generate a Personal Token for you – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token so you can insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates. It seems like you are currently using deprecated API key.
Please edit your Portfolio Grid element and go to Styling > Grid Settings > Image Size and choose image size manually – https://imgur.com/a/1pZTNno :)

Thank you for your quick repsonse. Well I use the handy custom.css for the colors, fonts ect. to safe extra work. I am glad the custom.css is a general file ;)
But for all other settings of Enfold like performance settings and for example updating the Google api keys for reCaptcha version 2 and 3.

Hi,
i’ve bought a new version of enfold theme and use it with the enfold child. Now in the Theme Options i cant choose the Startpage Settings
I also tried it in different Browsers and all plugins are deactivated.

Thank you for using Enfold.
You mean, that if you make changes to a theme option setting (e.g. General Styling -> Logo Area -> Primary color ) this change should be reflected in all other languages (no matter in what language you make the change).
We did not consider this up to now – but it makes sense. Though there are a few things to consider that need translation like pages, images.
I will add this to our dev repo.

I tried WP forms and this did not work, I the tried CF7 and this did work, so I recreated the form, which is a drag in CF7, but we are up and running again. What I would like to figure out is why Enfold forms are suddenly failing? On sites that has been live for years and are updated with latest version of Enfold and also other plugins? I have tried deactivating plugins with no luck. For me, the solution has been CF7, and I am not really happy with that.
It would be great if you could figure out why your forms fail. I am not the only one with this problem.Regards

My widgets are not showing up in my footer on my eCommerce site anymore. It happened after updating plugins. When entering troubleshooting mode, deactivating all plugins, the problem is still there. When I go to Enfold Child => Theme Options => Footer and change for example the number of columns, the change won’t go through. I’ve tried in incognito window and also cleared my browser’s cache.
Instead of my widgets showing up, “Interesting links”, “Pages” and “Kategorien” (which seems to be German??) are showing up.
Yes please!! I need the Mailchimp “submit” (Discover More) button to look like the Enfolds, which yes, the 2nd one.
Do you want the first Discover more button to look like the second one?

I hadnt noticed that before but its only the Home page that is throwing up the 500 internal server error for me. I can edit all the other pages, apart from the page ‘Dreamtex Earth’Unfortunately I do not have access to gain server error info at the moment…I’ll need to ask the client to contact their host

is missing.I have upgraded the website to the latest version and also the theme has been updated, but that has not made any difference. Also I am using the WP Classic Editor.
Could you please look into it for me. I am not sure if I could have done something to stop all the formatting from showing. The problem appears on text boxes when I try inserting them into pages and also portfolio items.

Because I really like how Enfold + WPML works together, I stay with this solution for my multi language websites.But for new websites I want to produce and maintain them faster (needed while everybody works with WP nowadays) I see many support requests from other Enfold users to implement a kind of global settings and I think you can wait any longer to implement this because other great editors are on the market. Importing and exporting settings is NOT an solution. So my question for future to build websites is: I this kind of requests known at the product owners and will be global settings implemented?

The reason the google font is not loading is because of the setting selected in Privacy and Cookies disallows visitors to use Google Font’s service.
Try to change the Default Cookie Behavior under Enfold > Privacy and Cookies > Cookie Handling (tab).

So now we’re using MailChimp. You geniuses have made my life easy with the changes you helped me with before translate right into that dang ‘ol MailChimp.
One area your fix doesn’t cover in MailChimp is the text field labels are not centered like the Enfold theme.
See what I’m talking about on the page in the private section. On the right hand side of the page, the Mailchimp form is first and below is the enfold theme form.
So could you help me center the text field labels just like you did before with the Enfold contact form?

I just discovered that Masonry Gallery “Display Load More Button” is no longer working. I am not sure when it disappeared, but
I recently updated my Enfold theme to 4.9.2.1 on a child theme and the WP to 5.9.3.Is anyone else seeing this problem?
One more question, is this button effectively a ‘lazy load’ option? If not, the option to load ‘all’ is a workaround for me. Currently, I have more than 24 photos, but 24 was my load limit.
Ref: PHP 7.4 & My SQL 5 if that is of any relevance.
