Hi,
Thanks for the google search links but they both pointed to the same thread, thanks for the mockup it helps, but please note that the logo container is wrapped in the link so the image, Topic, Company, and Slogan will all be in the link.
As far as I know, text in SVG is not searchable, if this is only for SEO why not just add title & alt attributes to the logo image to achieve this?
Another option would be to not use the theme logo at all but use a header widget with a html widget so you can add the html layout just as you have in your mockup.Best regards,

The problem is still there, even after (temporary) disabling caching, minifying and combining JS/CSS (in both Enfold-settings and WP Fastest Cache).
I updated Enfold to latest version. I tried both Google Chrome and Edge. Both same issue: animation between photos is not smooth and one or more photo’s on the right are not shown. After resizing browser window, all photo’s are correctly show. After a refresh/reload of the page, again the gallery doesn’t work as it should do.
I hope you can help me out with this, I love this kind of gallery for my website.

Gert de JongHi there, we are in beta for a new site. Over the last few weeks about 10 times so far we will come to the site and see that the images are not loading. Through trial and error we have determined that in Enfold> Performance if we toggle the ‘CSS file merging and compression’ and ‘Javascript file merging and compression’ enabled and back disabled the images come back for an indeterminate about of time, sometimes weeks sometimes days. We have to keep it ‘disabled’ because when it’s ‘enabled’ it causes errors and glitches to the visual layout. Do you have an idea what could be causing this issue?

4: I dont care so much about the exact organisation of logo + text + subtext as long as it works / looks OK.
I need it for SEO reasons and maybe i need to put a Hx or “strong” into it5: Do you know by chance if text in SVG is searchable for searchengines and if it is taken into account when it comes to ranking?

The circle = just a graphic
“Topic” = should be the homelink. It contains our main keyword (this should maybe become a H1 or a span or a strong – depends on the decision we make with the Themesettings)
“Company” = just text, but seperately stylable from the rest – so it should have a own span
“Slogan” = just text, but seperately stylable from the rest – so it should have a own spanSounds much but is at least the same then i already asked – just in words than in code.

I can’t update my Enfold version because I don’t have the API Key. Where do I find that? My site keeps going down and have to call the server every other day to restore it.
There seems to be a glitch with the Full Screen Slider that in certain instances causes the links not to work.
If you create a series of slides with links from each slide the links work as normal.
But if you create a slider with captions then select the option to use the same caption for all the slides the links no longer work.
I eventually found that de-selecting the option to use the same caption for all the slides and manually adding the captions for each slide instead, seems to make the links work again.
For reference I am running the latest version of Enfold (4.9.2.2).

Hi Rikard,
Yeah, I registered the token previously and it was confirmed in the Theme Update section of the Enfold theme section but not showing any updates as available.
I’ve downloaded that plugin, created a new token and then it showed an update for the theme in WordPress updates (not in the Enfold theme).
Could you just confirm this is what the plugin does? Ensures the theme update shows in the WordPress updates section?

Topic: Updating from V 3.5.4 to 4.8
Hi,
I inherited this site & it had Version 3.5.4 of Enfold with a child theme. It also stopped working, we think due to a server update (maybe PHP). Bsically we started getting “critical errors”. So … I disabled the layerslider plugin via the functions.php file as per your instructions … but we still were unable to edit any page content in the backend.
So we took the deciusion to update the theme.
We purchased the latest version of Enfold (V 4.8) and directly uploaded the extracted files over the top of the old theme files in the envato directory (/wp-content/themes/enfold)
But, this also results in … “There has been a critical error on this website”.
Is it not possible to do the update of this theme by overwriting the theme files from your source???FYI, I have restored the site as it was … and you can see the issue with the current site with the reference to [av_layerslider id=3″] on the home page & in the admin section, if you try to edit tany page, it never finishes loading.
Can you please advise what we can do?

I’m new to the theme and wondered the best way to update it?
I just got an email saying there was an update, Version 4.9.2.3 according to the changelog so I went to “Enfold > Theme update” and it says i’m running the latest version already “4.9.2.2”.
I believe it checks automatically every 12 hours so I click “Check Manually” which took me to the WordPress admin page that checks everything for updates:

I could download the latest version from ThemeForest and update it manually but am I not supposed to be able to update it automatically through WordPress?

Let me start by saying that I’ve been using the Enfold theme for 6-7 years now and produced multiple websites for various clients with Enfold, and I absolutely love the theme.
Normally, if I have any “problems” I can usually Google it as others before me have encountered the same issues before, but this time I’m stuck.

I’ve defined Montserrat as the primary heading font in both “General Styling” under “Fonts” and in “Advanced Styling”.
I’ve also downloaded and installed Montserrat under the “Import/Export” option under “Custom Font Manager”.Despite all this, the preview of my page will not show the correct font weight for the headings.
I’ve never experienced this bebefore.

we have an enfold installation with child-theme, WPML, WP Rocket and some css in the general styling tab in the theme-options.
Whenever a new element with a class defined in the css is added, to a site, this css isn’t applied to the new elements, but to the old ones.For example we have a class .new-home-button. There is a button with .new-home-button on the site, everthing is fine with that.
We add 2 new buttons with the same class attached, in the frontend the old buttone with that class has all of this classes css, but the new buttons doesn’t.
We have to purge the whole rocket-cache to make it work on the frontend for this 2 new buttons.IS this a known issue maybe?

Looks like you are using the Advance Layout Builder for the product. The variation image switch should work properly when using the classic editor which will load the default product template containing the original product gallery. Please make sure to set the Enfold > Shop Options > Product gallery settings to the second option (Woocommerce 3.0 product gallery).

You may need to wrap the hooks inside the woocommerce_before_single_product hook to override the modifications made by the theme.

IsmaelIt looks like I’m going to have to move on from ENFOLD. Unfortunately, I’ve discovered that my SMS plugin is not compatible with ENFOLD either. This going to require a lot of my time because my entire site is built with ENFOLD. Unless you know why I’m having these issues I don’t know what else to do.

Hello,
i am using WooCommerce + Enfold.
I would like to add a quantity counter below the “add to cart” bottons at our product site, below the product itself.
The red box indicates where i want the buttons to be – optimally inside the product window.
This is what i mean with a quantity counter
Anyway to do this with shortcode? I am not to familar with CSS or HTML – but i can work with those if there is any code i can tweak till it fits the purpose.

If you have the theme option Product gallery set to WooCommerce 3.0 product gallery right now then your plugin Motif Product Image Zoom has replaced the Product gallery because the source code doesn’t match the our theme.
You can try disabling the lightbox for the theme at Enfold Theme Options ▸ Lightbox Modal Window

I’m using Elementor in order to create a new single page with different design elements. Elementor works properly on others themes, but not on Enfold. It is not responsive on mobile and tablet.Some month ago you wrote that the Kris’s team would solve the problems regarding the implementation with Elementor, but nothing happens till now.

I have tried your solution https://kriesi.at/support/topic/start-gallery-in-lightbox-via-textlink/#post-1350182 now, but it seems to me that again all images are loaded and the page will become way to big.
With the old site, build with the Story theme, I put the galleries on a seperate portfolio page and linked to that portfolio page. That way the images are only loaded when the lightbox actually is openend. The page size stays small that way.
So I setup something similair with Enfold now: I put the gallery on a seperate portfolio page, and linked to the first image of that gallery. Please take a look at: https://www.owd-nw.nl/pension-sauerland-grevenstein/ and mouseover the image Mondzimmer. So far so good, however, after closing the lightbox we are now stuck on the portfolio page. And not on the overview page with all the rooms https://www.owd-nw.nl/pension-sauerland-grevenstein/
I never thought something so simple (just open a lightbox group with one click on an image) could be so complicated.
Do you have any other idea? Or should I try to find a plugin doing this for me?

That looked like a good solution, however I ran into 2 problems:
1 – I would have to add 9 galleries to the 9 columns, and this will make make page way to big (around 50 images total).
2 – I use the plugin Lightbox with PhotoSwipe for my lightboxes because I don’t like the fact the in default Enfold lightbox people can not swipe gthe images on a mobile device. The Lightbox with PhotoSwipe plugin works great with Enfold, but seems not to be working with this option.But it’s not a big issue for me to just use the default lightbox from Enfold, however it is a very big issue for me that my page is getting to big. I like to keep al my pages under 2MB at least.
Maybe it is better to try antoher solution from you?
