Hello Kriesi support team,
Next to a recent update, some images disappeared from our web site (https://steel-blue.ch). An update fixed some of them (top of main page), but still there are images missing (middle of main page), while they are visible from the editor (once the container is selected). Those images have a sliding effect, don’t know if this has an influence.
We are currently running version 4.9.2.3.
Can you please help ?

We tried to register to be able to login to the support forum as we are having problems with our enfold theme in WordPress. However, we were not getting any email to be able to login. When trying to add the Item Purchase Code again it just appears a message stating that “Sorry, but that item purchase code has already been registered with another account. Please login to that account to continue, or create a new account with another purchase code”.

Sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure why your front page is acting like that, since I can’t see any error messages on the page. Could you try to enable debug mode, so that we can try to move the content to a new page please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you, if you give us permission to do so.

In the Enfold > Layout Builder panel, there is the Lock advanced layout builder option, which prevents anyone who is not an administrator to adjust the layout of an existing page, but everyone who can edit that entry will still be able to edit the content of the existing elements. You nay need to use a third party membership plugin if you need to specify more rules and restrictions.

Try to adjust the css code a bit and specify the top position. Please make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings after adding the css.

MikeHi, I am using the Events Calendar plugin with Enfold. I created an event and added a featured image to this event. However, the image being used on the Single Events template is too small and is cropping my image. Here is the event I am working with: https://www.zionrockbaptist.org/event/pastor-emeritus-james-c-edwards-appreciation/. I think Enfold is using the thumbnail or a smaller version of the featured image because the image is being cropped.

I would like the image to be taller like the original file. Or just adjust the template to use the full-size image. I couldn’t find any CSS to fix this so I was hoping you could help me out a bit.
Is there a way to get the Single Events template to show the full size featured image? I appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you!

Could you tell me how to change the heading font and secondary font of the theme?
The ones used by the brand are not google font. So they are not eligible from the default combo of fonts.

RikardHi, would it be possible to add TikTok to the social profiles tab on Enfold theme options? That platform has become extremely important here in the USA, replacing many like Tumblr that are barely used.
If not, is there a way I can manually add this to my profiles, say replacing the slot I was using for Tumblr?

We’ve built a school website with Enfold which will have a number of users coming in with various assigned roles and capabilities. While we need them to be able to load in basic page templates, we also know they’ll get all excited and mess up the page layouts if we let them. How can we lock down the layout editor but retain the ability for them to load in a template?

OK sure, in the Enfold ‘Header’ settings you can select the ‘featured title’, i.e. when you scroll down the page, the logo and menu section remains constant at the top. This setting is ignored on smartphon as in your indication … my client instead wants this functionality on smartphon.
I would like to know if the functionality on smartphones is not possible or if it is your design choice, in which case I would like to ask you to help me activate it and make it operational.Paolo

MikeSpace bar doesn’t work in Special Headings. It is working in Text Fields.
We’ve tried zapping transients and have WordPress, plugins & enfold up to date.

Sorry we don’t have this, the import file is a WordPress xml file, see our documentation on How to manually import a theme demo. You could import the demo on your localhost and export it’s SQL, but the duplicator plugin would also do this and include the images and be easier, I would recommend trying this method.Best regards,

wie bekomme ich es hin, dass sich die Schriftgröße der Größe des Endgerätes anpasst? Also kleiner wird, wenn die Website über ein Smarphone angesehen wird? So wie in Eurer Theme-Vorlage EnfoldGYM.Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe. Bitte in Deutsch, da mein Englisch leider nicht so gut ist.

I think the problem is not that Ismael’s snippet does not work. I have tested Ismael’s snippet – and it works here on my test installation.
But the problem occurs when you have multiple “product categories” for a product.
See e.g. the shop demo there are “men” and “women” products – but they both have : “casual” as another category.

If you would like to add an image in line with the title, then you would have to use custom markup like this:
<span><img src="the URL of your image goes here"></span>If you want to copy parts of another page, then you would have to enable debug mode in order to see the Layout Builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. You can copy/paste shortcodes between pages after that.

Is that the file which you downloaded from your Themeforest account? If so, then yes. If Enfold is already installed on your site, then you will have to use the plugin I referred to earlier, or upload it manually via FTP.
