Update 3:
To make the matter simple. I put the HD label on Retina Icons. It shows the Portfolio is displaying the retina icon but its BLUR. Its the display method that is causing issue. I hope this will help as well.
Blurry Fonts and Hover arrow are blur only on Retina MacBook Pro (As well as Portfolio Grid)
Portfolio Grid is blur on all devices (iPad,iPhone , MacBook )
Fonts are ok on iPad iPhone.Thanks

Second one is from Enfold’s ThemeForest page showing notification that version 2.1 is available (which was released two weeks ago actually)You should also make sure that you deactivate all of active plugins. I have once again made sure the socket and footer widgets are set to display. In the page itself it’s set to “Enfold Default” and in the Enfold theme settings it’s set to “Display the footer widgets & socket”. So I’m very sure it’s supposed to show.
Look closely and you’ll notice the web address below the name (right of the logo) is visible on the good link and invisible on the bad link. So I assume the error is located around there, maybe.
I’ve performed an online test of the page to see if there are errors and I’ve seen some PHP errors, if I understood correctly. I just can’t figure out where the error is located. I think it’s the closing of a php tag or something.

Just uploaded the dummy content in the Enfold theme.
No images/pictures are showing up, besides the advanced slider.
All images are showing as a small question mark, as well when I’m trying to upload new ones.Please help,

In your WordPress theme directory please go to Enfold > Framework > Php and open function-set-avia-frontend.php file and find following code in line 441

Please see the below screen shot where the icons are not loading properly in IE8.
Then compare to the following link in a webkit enabled browser: http://sandbox-3.sethbutler.com/prototype
You’ll see that the search icon in the upper right hand corner is failing. Also, the icons in the three column layout below the slider are loading incorrectly or failing to load at all. The left two icons (START A TEAM & APPLY FOR A MENTOR) are loading the incorrect icons, and the third column (REGISTER) is failing altogether.
Any suggestions with a solution to make them go away would be very helpful (for IE8 and below) would be much appreciated.

Trying to add a blog to an Enfold website.
On the development site http://conservio.com/blog/
you will notice that clicking on the post author “Jamie Wyant” yields a 404 error. In addition, I notice the tab (Firefox) reads “Nothing found for Author Jaybo”
1. Where did Jaybo come from? I am the only User on this account. The WP Nickname is “Jamie”
2. What do I need to do to get to the Author archive?Also noticed that my avatar isn’t showing up.

The size of the image is the size that is used in the output but it isn’t a static image size. You may want a larger size so that the images are retina ready or because you want a specific custom size. The option is there for flexibility but the theme still needs to adjust it so it stays responsive.

The icons do actually work as far as I know in IE8. Anything below that isn’t supported but myself and the other support crew have tested the theme in IE8 and the icons have worked in native IE8.

I want to have an RSS feed showing in the footer through a widget. But when I place the feed url in the widget, nothing shows up. Is it because I am using a mac? or is it because of some other problem? wordpress v3.6 and enfold very recent update.

I am having a problem importing your dummy data into your Enfold theme.
I have read through your support postings and I have done what was recommend. I even increased my limit to 256 in the WP-Admin.php file.
When I press the import button the command eventually just times out and I get a “sparky” message.
Can you please help…

The main difference is that Codestyling does a better job imo. It recognizes different textdomains in the php files and you can easily switch between textdomains – this helps you to ignore unnecessary textdomains (i.e. you just need to translate the “avia_framework” textdomain and not the LayerSlider textdomain, etc.). In addition Codestyling can handle textdomains which are stored in variables and constants whereas wpml can only handle simple text strings.

I am sorry to bother you, but i am having an issue with custom CSS to disable breadcumbs, disable post meta-data, and fixing the header height in Enfold-Child.
I am running the site with WPML; and i have added the following code to the custom CSS field in the Styling panel of Enfold:#header_main .container, .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a {

}The code takes effect in the ENGLISH part of the site; but not in the SPANISH part. I have also added the same code to the Spanish Styling field; but it does not work. It is another way to make this so it works in both languages?

In “Single Author, Small Preview Pic” option, preview image is displayed on the page and if there is no preview image, then icon is displayed. You can add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options
div.big-preview.single-big { float: left; width: 300px; }Preview image will be smaller and it will be on the left. You should choose Single Author, Big Preview Pic
