Can you try disabling all active plugins? There is a difference in the entire html structure for your woocommerce pages and I’m just not sure where the unclosed or extra div is coming from.

I have a feeling that the issues may be related to a plugin allowing admins to see a different theme than what is live. Typically, without being able to disable all active plugins it is unlikely we can find the root cause of a bug since it could be from any number of plugin conflicts or a specific configuration for a plugin.
I’ll tag Ismael on the topic since he already has the login but without the flexibility to check the theme without any interference I’m not sure we can find a fix.
Also please make sure that you are using version 2.1 of Enfold and WordPress 3.6 since the newest version as you’ve said doesn’t actually mentioned *which* newest version :)

Hi festivedaisy,
We’ll need to see the site and pages its happening on live. The fixed layout doesn’t have any modifications to the page or site for mobile devices so it *should* just be showing the exact same version that your browser users see.

Hi Matt,
Have you modified any of the theme files? When you updated did you upload all of the theme files completely overwriting the old theme?
The issue is that the portfolio container isn’t closing properly for some reason so the footer is getting included inside of it.
First try disabling all active plugins just in case one of theme is adding an unclosed div in there somehow. Next, re-upload the newest theme files folder by folder via FTP to make sure the newest files are all live and untouched.

I managed to put the translation functioning and edited some expressions with Poedit. But there are still words, such as the months in my calendar of the blog, tht I can´t find to translate because it’s not the source text of the en-BR.po file
I tried the update, but poedit didn’t find these words. how do I insert these translations that are not in the file?

Is it possible to show at a single blog page under “You might also like” posts based on the current post’s category?
I think this can be done by changing the php code in /includes/related-posts.php. I tried, but was not able to actually show the tumbnails and your nice layout of the related posts.
Is this also possible for the Avia Post NAV (avia-post-nav), to show the previous and next post of the same category?
You would help me very much with this, thanks in advance!

As the title says, I deleted my Enfold theme…..well as dumb as it sounds, it wasn’t the activated Enfold theme, but one of the 6-9 of them that were showing in my Themes in WP. When I did this it deleted all the Enfold themes, which I had feared when I hit the ok button.
Anyhow, my server provider had a backup as of 9/9/13 so they wiped the server, and restored their backup. Only prob now the Header & Footer are fubar. The Header is showing all pages of the site, even though the menu is all good. The footer is showing all pages of the site and basically ignoring anything I had setup ages ago. When I checked the Widgets, nothing shows in any of the 4 columns, which I can obviously do over, but is there a way to get everything back functioning correctly?
I’ve nearly shat my pants 10 times today over a 10+hr ordeal….at the same time I’ll be very happy to pay one of the mods….Ismael you out there bro?….to just fix this to get my site back up. It’s 10:30pm Beijing (GMT+8) time, and as much as I enjoy doing all of this myself, it would be great to have some serious help. URL is http://obutto.com

I have the same issue in the Enfold theme as these guys had with the Cleancut theme here…

However, I don’t seem to have the quicksand.font.js in my JS folder. I assume because Enfold uses a different font.
So, what do I need to do to activate the use of accented letters like ‘ê’ in my Enfold titles?

My client would like to remove the iconlist animations in the Enfold theme. I have tried simply;

I´d like to create a list of static share Icons for Twitter, FB and G+ below my blog posts. I could use small icons but I prefer to use the iconfont that is used by Enfold anyway to generate the icons.
How can I make use of the icon font? This is my example code

You can go to Footer in Enfold theme options and choose 2 in Footer Columns then in Appearance > Widgets you can add desired widgets to Footer – column 1 and Footer – column 2

Feature Request: INVERTED COLOR SCHEME

I have like “internal” (e.g. About, Contact, People) and “external” (e.g. Products, …) pages. I have a “normal” color scheme (bright header, dark body and footer) for the external pages. For the internal ones I’d like to invert the colors, i.e. dark header, bright body and footer.
What do you think about that? Is there any chance to implement this?

I just installed enfold and i have a problem with some icons, slider and back to top arrows. They are not displaying properly in firefox 23 and in IE 10 they are not showing at all.
Hi, I’m new to the forum, WordPress and enfold, but so far am finding the whole experience very rewarding and simple to work up a great site, but as usual, I find the need to try and ask more from the software..
Is it possible to rotate a layer when placing it in position in the slider?
Also, is there a function to place hotspots that are invisible over layers within the Layerslider?

Yes, this is a bug in the latest version. A temp. fix can be found here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/accordion-since-enfold-21-update-accordion-initial-open-item-is-not-working#post-139180 and we’ll also fix it in the next version for everyone.

Another way to remove the Kriesi link in the footer is to add [nolink] to the box under Enfold>>Footer>>Copyright. That way it doesn’t matter if you update the theme and are not using a child theme.
You can add it after any customised text you also want to display in the footer.
e.g. Copyright © 2013 Your Website. All Rights Reserved. [nolink]

using Enfold 2.1 for a new Site. (Not Live yet)
I have created a Full Responsive Slider with an “image bar”. This bar should go from left 0px to the right. Width is set to 100%.
But it goes from left approximately 150px to the far right.

I have no idea what just happened, for the first time since using ENFOLD I ran into a total bug that made me lose all the avia blocks on a page except one, at saving time. When I try to reload an older version in “revisions” I do see the content as it should be (in text form).. yet when I try and reload it.. the system seems unable do do so as the resulting page is still fucked up and missing all my content. I have no clue how this happened and this is veeeeery scary to me.

I have been looking through the support forum but can’t find anyone having the same issue as me.
On a page in my site when I have allow comments checked and the default editor in use then the comments form appears on the front end page, but when I switch to Advanced Layout Editor then my comment form disappears on the front end. I am using version 2.1 of “Enfold”. And I have the “Decent Comments Plugin” and “Social Plugin” installed. I have tried deactivating them but still no joy.
Do you have any idea why I can’t get a comment form, or any comments to appear on the front end?
