Hello,
I need help on a couple things on the enfold theme.
1. Change color of header alternate nav text and hover color. Now the text and hover is the same as main header but it does not work with dark background color for the upper portion of the header. Pls provide css code.
2. Change the color of just the tab itself and the text in the tab. This is not tab content container.. Pls provide css code.
3. How do I make each individual tab and text of tab (not container) a different color in only one set of tabs on a page? Pls provide css code.

I could have included that as info, my apologies.Yes, it works fine in the 2013 default theme.
I realize I could inquire with the EE folks but I would really like to get an answer from you guys. : )
Especially since it works fine in the default theme.One more problem….
There’s another issue which is: the calendar gets really mashed up and does not look right. —

I’m using Enfold with WordPress 3.6.1. I installed the jquery-updater plugin to solve previous version incompatilites. Now I’m getting this error when previewing the layerslider.
LayerSlider: old jQuery issue
It looks like you are using an old version (1.10.2) of the jQuery library. LayerSlider requires at least version 1.7.0 or newer. If you are using the WordPress version of LayerSlider, you can try out the “jQuery Updater” plugin from the WP plugin depository. If you don’t know what to do, you can write us a private message from our CodeCanyon profile page. We need a temporary WP admin account (or a temporary FTP account in some cases) to solve this issue.
Although I found a previous post on this topic, I don’t find the source code functions referred to.
I will be happy to downgrade jquery or patch the Enfold sources. Please let me know what I can do.

IsmaelIt turns out your code did work on the icon list icons, but not on the icons that are at the top of the icon boxes. Mike.
I need some help with the way Enfold displays my slider. I am using the MetaSlider plugin. It offers a slider that operates at less than full-page width which is what I need. MetaSlide functions perfectly in preview mode and with other themes but with Enfold it breaks. Hovering over a slide is supposed to pause the slides and this happens with other themes. Not Enfold. When hovering with Enfold the slides continue. What changes do I need to make get the desired pause/resume behavior? If LayerSlider gave an option of less than full page width, it would be perfect.

I am using latest 3.6.1 wordpress and your latest enfold theme version 2.3. Your download must be faulty then. I installed it twice and still got no plugin options.
There were no such notifications or options to install a Woocommerce plugin- in my Enfold. Dashboard – only the forum plugin was notified as an available option.
Its only fair and logical to me, that if you have optional information to read somewhere, as a backup, then at least I could have had a choice. I only discovered the information from the Shop Home page text, and I wasnt even expecting it there.
.Luckily I dont think I need the shop just yet, but I wanted to look at it, see how it worked.
There were dozens of confusing names and descriptions come up in the plugin search, and as I was not guided as to which one, I wasted hours trying to ascertain the information which should have been there in the theme info all along.In reply to: missing header borderline sincs update up 2.3.1

Can you give us a link to the website please? The header on our Enfold 2.3 installation with the same style is not missing any borders. Please add this on your custom.css or Quick CSS:

I have Event Espresso installed on my site and when I try to do a portfolio page and include an event espresso shortcode on the portfolio page it does not appear. I get nothing.

Using a child theme, we’ve only made some minor changes, overriding the following files:
- header.php
- footer.php
- styles.css
- layout.css
- functions.php containing a modified avia_logo() renamed to avia_child_logo()
For blog posts, we can see the blog list just fine (blog list view is working, blog page properly assigned in theme), however when clicking through the blog post title to the blog post single view, the <div id=”main”> is empty, and the footer isn’t generated. We’re using the default page content templates from the parent theme (enfold).
When not using the child theme, the blog post single view is generating properly. What other details could we have missed?

Topic: Header Social Icons Divider
On my Enfold theme (using latest version 2.3, I noticed something funny with the social icons in the header. For some reason, a divider line does not show up between the first and second icon, no matter how many icons there are or what icons are used.

I second this – I think it would be great to have the theme keep up with the times. unfortunately, most people purchasing the theme don’t know web designs, current trends, or style for that matter. This would offer a huge advantage.

Please, in future updates, make the buttons all the nice flat ones, not the old school dimensional ones. Right now you have two different kinds in the theme and the old ones look really outdated and wrong with this gorgeous theme.

When using the blog post content element on a page, I’d love to be able to turn off the date, number of comments, etc. line under the title. I don’t want to do this in all instances, I still want those there for blog posts, but sometimes I want to be able to use posts to create a page of, say, teacher bios at a school, or whatnot, and that info. is just weird in those instances. I’m sure there’s a CSS way to turn it off on particular pages…but it would be nice to have SOME blog style we can choose where they are already off. Thanks for a great theme!

So the only things outstanding are the following:
– firefox is not ok with whitespace above the image, so I removed but I would like to put some whitespace back in. Why doesn’t it work with the latest enfold version and what can I do instead?

Line 27It seems to be an issue with the theme/framework you’re using. It’s causing a conflict with the Ajax function that adds a new tab editor.
As there’s not really much I can do to fix this, I suggest you contact support for your theme/framework and explain the issue.

In an attempt to get the Enfold theme working with NextGen Gallery, I noticed all of my popup images were showing up funky. The Lightbox effect was broken and the user didn’t have navigation options within the gallery.
I found this article: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-to-use-nextgen-gallery-with-enfold-and-other-kriesi-themes/#post-29347 which was a big help. However, the code given for the free version of NextGen Gallery v2.x didn’t work. I think I figured out a better way that appears to work by using the following code under Gallery > Other Options > LightBox Effects > Show Advanced Options > Code:
