Hey gintheme!

You can choose to display “Footer widgets and socket” in Enfold theme options > Footer tab. Then you can “create a new menu” ( http://i.imgur.com/Id4JVMN.jpg ) in Appearance > Menus and add those cities as links to your new menu and check “Enfold Footer Menu” ( http://i.imgur.com/RGJU4S2.jpg ) so they will appear on the right side of footer socket

The sidebar is inside the nine units container. Please check any unclose div tag. You have a lot of plugins installed. Please deactivate them then upgrade your Enfold to 2.4.

I updated the code in my previous post. Please try adding it then flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times. You can try adding the code to Custom.css in Enfold/css folder as well

You can add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab

div .product-sorting {display: none;}

And you can simply remove it if you would like to display again

.togglem { font-size: 26px; }

Then, in your WordPress theme directory go to Enfold folder and open Header.php file ( you can find it in Appearance > Editor as well ) and find this code in 80th line http://i.imgur.com/knP7clN.jpg and change it to http://i.imgur.com/a7FlTNh.jpg
You can use .togglem class to style Menu text

Please try adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab

@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) {.avia_desktop .av-caption-on-hover .av-masonry-item-with-image.av-masonry-entry:hover .av-inner-masonry-content { opacity: 0!important; }}

It will not be visible on screens smaller than 480px. You can adjust it if you would like to hide it on bigger screens as well

This is default value, you can adjust it depending on your text on your buttons
