That strange behaviour is definitely produced from your theme.
We tested that issue with four other themes and it happened only when enfold was activated.

That leaded to the very annoying situation of having breadcrumbs like this:
Sie sind hier–>Automatisch gespeicherter Entwurf –>Name des Beitrags
(englsh translation: You are here –> Home –> Autosave Draft –> Name of the Post)

And not enough:
If you clicked on “Automatisch gespeicherter Entwurf ” you ended up on an archive of anywhere

how can i achieve this result (which, btw. can be done with the most simple themes – but obvious not with Enfold without having days of research)

I’am developing a site using Desktopserver and when i installed Enfold i see in the frontend this warning at the top:
“Warning: session_start(): open(\xampplite\tmp\sess_5io5n3f1pbb6rombfnof9e6uh6, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in F:\websites\www.xxxx.dev\wp-content\themes\enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\masonry_entries.php on line 33”

I updated to the newest version of enfold, and before the blog layout was perfect. I had each blogger submit a post, with their gravatar on the left side and the feature image on top. I used the settings “multi-author (shows grav..) and now with the new theme there is a new option for single posts (big or small) and on the old, there was none, and I think that is not allowing the gravatars to show up. Anyway I can fix this? Thanks!!!!

Here is what I am going for:

To be able to update the Enfold theme (for security and functionality updates), but not overwrite any theme file modifications I have already made.

Here is my dilemma…
I did not create a child theme from the get-go and have been developing on the main Enfold theme. I would like to create a child theme which houses all of my current updates, and keep the main Enfold theme for any version updates.

My question is: do I need to copy over all of the files from the main Enfold theme (where I have customized/changed the files) to a new child theme, and then re-upload the ‘out-of-the-box’ Enfold theme as the ‘main’ theme?

Suggestions?

Images with links offer feedback to users by fading to a lighter tint and a red circle with an arrow in the middle appears.

Is it possible to do any or all of the following?

Adjust the fading effect of the image – for example, not make it so pale?

Remove the circle & arrow icon, so just the image fade effect occurs on mouse-over?

Change the circle & arrow icon?
