I really like Masonry as a layout cause I have many more images to show. JetPack is such a common plugin that I am sure there would be many users in the same situation as me. The trouble is, they may assume it’s the fault of Enfold, cause it’s clearly stated on the error line “…themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php” Unless they go through the process like me, they will never know.

Hopefully, there’s a way for you all to make it work with Photon really soon. Please help to escalate this! Thank you!

Tried all this – still didn’t fix issues. Was having a few other issues also, so I did a complete fresh install of enfold theme, using the latest version, and every problem is fixed now! I will think twice before installing the next upgrade though.

This site was previously built with Avisio. I though Avisio was good and I felt like you had pretty solid support when I built that site. This is the reason why I decided to use a Kreisi theme again when rebuilding the site.

I have to say after rebuilding my Avisio site with Enfold, that your team is BY FAR a step above the overwhelming majority of WP developers out there.

As a WP website builder, who uses themes from numerous companies, I can only think of a handful that I’ve used that have theme development and support which I feel confident in using for clients.

And even parsing that group, this Enfold theme and the support I’ve seen on this board really feels unrivaled at this point. Please, keep up the good work!

Thanks for your latest response and for the extra CSS.

I am happy with the overall width of things I just want to reduce the spacing properly as outlined above.

I tried adding the latest CSS elements outlined above to reduce the spacing and it doesn’t work properly when I add it, so I’ve removed the latest CSS as outlined in your latest response.

The bottom section of this post is the current CSS I have in my Child Theme.

When I added the code below for example, the responsive menu also sat on the far right with no space which doesn’t look good.

Adjust the menu right margin using this:

Yes, I’m hoping to use Enfold to display a client’s handmade rugs. Here is my mock up page:

1. What would be great is, for example, the first image ‘Girl by Window’, on click, pops up as a full width image, without text, but retaining < > and x navigation.
2. I assume the proportions of the Ajax thumbnails and featured images maintain the original proportions ie if you want a grid of squares you need to save featured images in 1 x 1 ratio?
3. Is it possible to disable the lightbox pop up for the featured image?
4. Is it possible to disable the link on the Portfolio Title i.e. when clicking ‘Girl by Window’.
5. If you do not want to display the additional thumbnail/s under the featured image you must set the entry to ‘Image List’?
6. Finally, in Ajax Portfolio, is it complicated to increase the space/padding slightly between grid columns?

Sorry for all the questions. Just trying to see if I can tweak this element of the theme to suit my purpose.

Hi Peter.

That’s awesome, except that not everyone needs a child theme. You guys do such a good job on making everything awesome, that in my case (and my friends case), there is no need for editing the parent.

That said, as I understand it, you need to make the child theme BEFORE you create your site – thus it will reset everything:

It’s a pretty big deal for removing something that, in my opinion, shouldn’t be there in the first place – or as a minimum should be something to deactivite in the backend (Like: Show default ENFOLD Logo or Site name) :)
