    I have now spent a month looking through other cookie law plugins, but none of them work as well as this one.
    this is the only one which gives me the control I need.

    I have also confirmed that the issue absolutely lies in The enfold theme and Cookie Law Info plugin.

    I have deactivated all plugins (except bb forum (required by theme), and Juiz Last Tweet Widget (is widget on my home page) and when I do this, the side column in my theme is correctly displayed. i.e. on home page, it is removed. (As Home Page, has no sidebar set)

    Then when I activate ‘Cookie Law Info’ the error occurs, i.e. side bar is shown on home page.

    Can you again please look at this and tell me what is going on, as this is paid for theme I am after just a little more assistance please.
    I have tried to get developer for the Plugin to look at it, but he said he has had issues with other Kriesi themes.

    hi!
    we are using wordpress 3.8 with your enfold theme! our permalinks are on “postname”. it works perfectly.
    but when we are installing WPML 2.6, we got the error 404 on every page. how we can fix this?

    Ok, so i have a client and he is only willing to use Internet Explorer (don’t ask me why its a long, long, long story).

    Main problem is he runs an XP machine which can only run IE 8. And he is refusing to sign off on the project until the site is IE 8 compatible.

    I have also noticed that the site behaves the same in IE 9 + IE 10.

    There is major layout issues (dual columns are sqaushed into 1 column).

    Don’t mind the Logos, he is adamant he wants to keep them :(

    I had too much white space around Easy Slider.

    And I was told to add this to my Quick CSS:
    .avia-slideshow { margin: 0 !important; }

    Initially it worked. But after I updated the theme to the latest version, it turned to this.

    Topic: Form datepicker styling, strange white line bottom of screen

    Hello,

    I’ve created a form (avia builder) on my website with 2 datepicker elements. The styling of the datepicker doesn’t match the styling of the website. buttons and dates are somewhat transparant. Another strange thing is that when I load the page with the form it generates a small white line almost the end of the page (leftside, checked with Chrome and Firefox). When I inspect the element the line is related to the datepicker fields.

    The page can be found on: http://dwtd.jaapdewit.com/booking/ . I’ve created the site setting up a child theme. I’m using the latest version of Enfold.

    Hi,

    I’ve tried a search at the ENFOLD demo theme with “about” as keyword. The result is this:

    • Where can I take influence on the icon in front of the search results?
    • Where does this “pencil icon” come from and where can I change it?
    • Why have some results an image in front of it?

    At my own site (currently in maintanence mode) it is the same: I only have this “pencil icon” in front of each search result in this box.

    And at this point another question:

    when I click then at “view all results”, then at the page with the total search results, there are only numbers in front of the search results:

    Is it possible to show there, for example, an own icon or an own image in the circle like in the search box (see screenshot above)?

    By the way: I use the Relevanssi plugin.

    Topic: Creating content that is included on each page

    I am using the layout builder in Enfold and would like to repeat layout and content on all of my pages. Said another way, I have 13 sections on each page (created using the Avia Layout Builder). The main content section of each page will change but content in the other 12 sections will be the same for every page. Is there a way to create a template and then include that template (with content) after the main content on each page?

    My thought was to create a dedicated page X for the content that will be the same on each page Y and then modify my templates to include the content from page X under the content of page Y.

    Hey nicoleck83!

    You can remove them by adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab

    #top .widget_nav_menu .nested_nav { display: none; }

    And if you would like to remove some of them, you can use following code as an example

    #top .widget_nav_menu li .page-item-3024 { display: none; }
You can right click on menu item and and click Inspect Elements on Chrome or Firefox to find page item ID. You just need to change the page ID to desired items ID

    Hi!

    I checked the dynamic stylesheet: http://agentanalytics.net/wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/enfold.css?ver=1 and it does not contain the css code I posted here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/video-in-portfolio-item/#post-207434 (it should be located at the very end if you inserted it into the quick css field). There are two possible reasons:

    1) You didn’t add the css code into the quick css field or you already removed it. Please insert it into the quick css field, save the settings and clear the browser cache.

    2) You inserted the code into the quick css field and it’s saved in the database but enfold can’t regenerate the dynamic stylesheet. In this case use a ftp client and connect to your server. Navigate to wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/ and set the folder permission to 777. Then delete the enfold.css file and go to Enfold > Theme Options to regenerate the dynamic stylesheet (hit the green “Save all changes” button).

    Hello,
    Is it possible to create or place the main menu under the header and have control of the menu colors. Such as my current site. http://www.stellarhomes.com I purchased Enfold and have played around with the features and absolutely love all of its features. But I would like more control over this portion.

    OPTION 1: or is there a Kriese Theme with the same features that would allow me to do what I am asking above?

    OPTION 2: or is there a way for me to capture more horizontal space so that I can have a larger logo. Such as my real estate site @ http://www.stellarrealty.com

    As you can see if I can discover a solution, my next step is to convert both of my sites to Enfold or possibly a different theme based on your recommendations.

    I didn’t contact them yet. It seems, as if this is an enfold/q2w3 problem only. When I try the plugin in a fresh wordpress 3.8 install with standard-theme, everything works fine.

    It will move social icons on the footer to right.
    Then you go to Appearance > Menus and check “Enfold Footer Menu” in Menu Settings http://i.imgur.com/SKwnMPx.jpg to display menu in footer socket
