Topic: Changing Border Size.
I am able to change the Border color of the Main Content in the Enfold menu but is it possible to change the size of that border. Currently it seems like it’s 1px, how can I change that value?

Try doing a discard: revert the changes in the parent theme files and see if it they are reverted in the actual site too.

That normally happens due to menu corruption, do the following: switch to the default WP theme and delete that Menu, then switch back to Enfold.

Quick question, because I am rather new to child theme setups.
I have made changes to config-templatebuilder > avia-shortcodes > masonry_entries.php
AND
header.php
I copied the entire header.php file as well as created a directory called config-templatebuilder, and within, a directory avia-shortcodes and placed a copy of the masonry_entries.php file.
Is this correct?
Should I copy the contents of the entire file or just add my changes in that file within the child theme? Reason I ask is because of future theme updates.
Direction much appreciated.

Yes, but with some modifications because I want the header to be a little bit higher than the image (120px in my case). So I broke de code in two pieces:

Since upgrading to the latest version of the theme (2.5.x) some fundamental Woocommerce features no longer work in IE9. The plus and minus buttons that allow a user to change the product quantity are not rendered on either the product view page or the cart. Also the cart widget that appears in the header is not displayed, instead a message is now displayed above the product archive or product.
Please could you advise how to correct this as this worked in IE9 pre version 2.5.

I tried to change the space between the footer content and the footer border (top & bottom) with the following code which I found here in the forum:

Unfortunately nothing changed. my site: http://www.draussen.atI’ve tried to play around with the theme settings but they don’t seem to work on front end.
I am able to upload the logo, and make other changes, e.g. change to content etc but not Enfold theme settings.
Any idea how I can troubleshoot this?

Hey guys –
I just noticed something strange. On mobile, the heading fonts are not wrapping as they should to fit within the new browser size. They are instead running off the edge of the screen. See http://thesparcnetwork.net
Is there any resolution to this?

You are using boxed layout so 1310px in width would be fine. You current image is 598px in width.
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab and adjust as needed to change the color of main menu items.header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a { color: #008000; } .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a:hover { color: #ffebcd; }Cheers!
YigitI purchased “The Fancy Product Designer” plugin for my website, but the default Enfold formatting cuts off most of the plugin designer area:

I have another question (maybe I should ask from a new one but as I am here)
I am using the post slider and I wish to edit where it links to so that instead of linking to a post, it pulls a larger image from uploads when clicked on. I also wish to edit the meta. My problem is I cant seem to find the code that generates the slider.
Where can I make a duplication of the slider code and apply it to a specific page?

YigitI would like to know how it would be best to go about setting up smaller size images for display on tablets or mobile so that my larger images on the desktop site does not have to eat up all the mobile bandwidth of my visitors.
I know there are plugins about but not sure which would work well with enfold. Any suggestions or is there an alternative?
PS – I am using WPML so it has to be compatible with it.

I tried at least 3 times to update it: I downloaded it from my Themeforest account, unzipped and dropped Enfold folder in my FTP Themes/Enfold, see: http://imgur.com/L0vnEI6
It asked me if I want to overwrite it, I said yes, and it did, it took some time to transfer…

Hi Monsoon!
I would suggest creating your own custom shortcode for that. Or else try generating the button outside of the ALB and then try adding in the link values.
The php snippet wouldn’t work however so the shortcode route would be what I would do.

That would need to be added in as a new feature and isn’t something we could give out through support. If its a must-have feature I would recommend looking into a freelance developer to customize the shortcode php file to add it in and then bug test it to make sure there are no other issues from the change.
