Enfold Accordion is always open on page load despite me setting each accordion to 0 so they should all be closed on page load.
How can I keep them all closed unless the user clicks to open.Thanks

Also, right now there are 3 columns for displaying a product image gallery under the main Product Image, is there a way to change the number of colunms to 1 or 2 for example?

Hi,
We are using the team member content element for our Board of Directors page and we have added some Social Service / Icon Links to the profiles, but they are not showing below the persons information. In the Enfold demo I see the social icons appear over top the persons photos, but we do not use photos for our directors.

YigitI’ve just purchased the Enfold theme for three sites. I’ve changed background colors and other settings, etc. then hit save and “no problem sparky” message appears. The Enfold theme folder permissions are 775 recursive (except for slider files). Yet, the new changes don’t render on the site. What am I doing wrong?

YigitI’ve been running WP3.81 since its release and had no problems with Enfold whatsoever. Then my client e-mails me today and says the slider on the homepage (the only slider I’m using, http://www.harborresourcesllc.com) wasn’t working. Sure enough, I check it out and the “swirly” is circling. I logged in to the admin console, and even in the builder it isn’t displaying; however, all of the media content is still in the library. I tried to update to latest version of Enfold (i.e., what came out since first week of February when I originally installed), but that didn’t fix it. (In fact, it locked WP into maintenance mode and then broke some menus that I had to go fix in a hurry!!)
PLEASE HELP! This is a brand new client and my first use of Enfold. It’s making BOTH of us look bad.
Topic: Enfold Mega Menu off-screen
Hi,
In Enfold when the header is set to Logo right, Menu left
the Mega Menu dropdown is positioned so much the left so that most of the submenu items are rendered off screen. Basically, the right-hand side of the Mega Menu is aligned with the end of the menu element which triggers it. Any suggestion how to fix this apart from something dodgy like this:.avia_mega_div { left: -63px !important; }

You are using Enfold version 2.4.1 which is fairly old. Please update the theme to the latest version 2.6.2 and let us know if issue remains

I’m having some major issues with updating the website. Our whole website is down at the moment, and needs to be looked at please.

NEW UPDATE:
What’s interesting is I uploaded a new install of the Enfold theme (after renaming the old one with issues) then I changed back the names, and they both work fine, but for how long?Is their private area where I can give you the login credentials to take a look?

Please flush browser cache after applying the code. If adding the code to Quick CSS section does not work, try adding it to Custom.css file inside Enfold/Css folder as well

YigitI realize this is probably a really stupid question, but when you insert a Media Element – “Image” – there doesn’t not seem to be an option to link the image to open in a Lightbox like you can when you insert images into a Gallery. And I would like my image to pop up in a lightbox when clicked — it seems this has changed with new version of Enfold which I just purchased ??? help?

I also ran a scanner, and I seem to get an alert from the file /themes/enfold/framework/php//function-set-avia-ajax.php

There is some related behavior in the Appearance>Widget area. I have noticed when I edit a widget, the default location of the widgets gets set to inactive, so if a change is made, it has to be actively reset to the place it originally was. (I thought they were disappearing at first)
If I try to delete an inactive widget, I get a ‘Error while saving message’

Hi,
I have a multi-site installation with roughly 20 sub-sites and recently i’ve been having some issues with spam hacks (routing blog posts to some casino site, etc), and this is only happening on the sub-site I have the enfold installed. Is there anything I can do or check?
The SQL that seems to be getting injected is on the site with the Enfold theme installed under a table called (Client_Data_Run) – I’ve deleted this entry, but the next day it returned. If you could maybe help point me in the right direction that this could be happen (any files within) please let me know!
