I run enfold on another site too: http://www.timhester.com.au and I have the same issue there, confirming that it is indeed an issue. The submenu’s of a Mega Menu cannot be accessed by clicking the parent menu item on an iPhone (I’m guessing any phone, but only have iPhone to test, tried two version – 3GS, and iPhone 4)
Try the “Buy Stock Images” menu on that site, you cannot access the submenu’s on a mobile.
Please help! I have purchased Enfold multiple times and recommend it to clients, I love it, but do need more assistance with this issue.

I literally just updated to Enfold 2.7.1 and this “half-cut” icon appeared on my post slider on the home page.

and more problems we’ve encountered since updated to 2.7 enfold, several of the styling code in layout.css are not working properly. Such as: display: none !important or minor color changes regarding the look of our site.

I have just updated Word Press to 3.9 – and to the latest Enfold update. Thankfully the double window does not seem to be happening anymore and all looks to be working well again. I hope that will handle it. I wanted to alert you…I’ll let you know if it appears again.

Here is a site I just started developing – it is going to have an e-commerce element via WooCommerce: http://coffeeworks.com/wordpress/.
I mention the WooCommerce aspect to avoid potential conflicts and errors as I am developing.
As you can see, I’d like to have a background image (100% width) for the site, with content on top of it, However, the “container” class, which seems the candidate for getting the result I am seeking, is also used in the footer and I believe in other elements as well – so this isn’t working as intended.
Is there a solution that will get me the result I am hoping for and hold up to theme updates?

I am using Enfold v2.7.1. I have the “Advanced Layerslider” element on the homepage. I currently have two slides in the slider.
However, though playing correctly in the preview, it isn’t moving on to the 2nd slide live. I’ve checked it with Firefox and Chrome.

I’m getting these weird bars/line showing up on screen when I scroll up or down on any of the pages (see link)
I turned all the plugins off, and no difference. It seems to be a browser conflict as the site works fine in Firefox and Safari.

Make sure you are on version 2.7.1 of the Enfold theme. If you have any plugins active try deactivating them and then clear your browser cache since it could have the old TinyMCE files locally and they need to get redownloaded from your installation.

Before anything else please update your theme files to the most recent version which brings the theme up to compatibility with the most recent releases of WordPress.

Regarding using absolute positioning inside your color sections I would suggest against it. Instead using negative margins on whitespace or just removing the whitespace on section elements via a bit of css is a much less destructive way of adjusting the whitespace.
Which section specifically can we see the right pixel border/padding/margin issue?

Hi There, I just updated enfold this morning . . . now there appears to be a refresh error. The theme blocks out parts of the screen and takes a long time to refresh. (I have cleared cache) . . . using chrome on a mac.

I linked the same image so you can see the resolution issue I’m talking about (assuming you use 1920 x 1080 res.).
I’m using 1920 x 1080 res. on my monitor, and that image is 1920 x 1080. I set it to no scaling, but enfold is still adjusting the image and ruining its quality by about 20%.
I’m wondering why? I want to know the perfect size image to upload for a 1920 x 1080 screen without losing so much quality due to web resizing.
I recently asked how to get the footer items to be stacked and centered and it worked lovely:

I’m using WordPress multisite and when I duplicated the same code in the subdirectory site it cut off half the footer area:

Specifically the “position: absolute;” line of code seems to be the thing causing the change – but when I change it to something like “relative” it comes back but misaligned.
Any ideas of what is causing this or how I might fix it across the subdirectory?

I got a general problem with the WPML plugin. Giving me the mistake:
“WPML is missing some records in the languages tables and it cannot fully work until this issue is fixed.
Please go to the Troubleshooting page and click on Fix languages tables to fix this problem.This warning will disappear once this issue is issue is fixed.”
I’m talking back and forth with both my hosting service + WPML of how to fix it. I think I have had my host increase about everything and anything that can be increased. But there is no point in having WPML in the first place if it doesn’t install correctly without showing mistakes. It should install without problems.
WPML is what’s giving me problems with their latest version. I had a demo version of my new website and it worked perfectly with Enfold. But since the demo both Enfold + WPML has had updates.

YigitWhat I mean when I say compare is that you need to check if the file you are replacing has been updated. Re-copy it to your child theme and then make the change.
An updated child theme isn’t actually something you need to worry about in general since the child theme is a customized version for yourself.

If you’ve added in your ThemeForest name and API to the theme options then it check for updates every 12 hours. ThemeForest however will send out an update email whenever the files have been updated on their server.
