I have a web site built on the Corona theme for my law firm. I like the theme. I am rebuilding the site locally using the new Enfold theme to make it responsive. I am finding Enfold easier to work with. I have very limited knowledge of coding.
I have included this CSS code to have the accordian operate like it does in Corona. I am not sure if this is correct but it seems to work the way I want it to work. I got this from another post on this forum.
/* Re-position Magazine Text Position*/
#top .aviaccordion-preview-title {vertical-align: bottom;}
#top .aviaccordion-preview-title-wrap {height: 100px;}
#top .aviaccordion-preview-title-pos { height: auto; }
When a visitor lands on the home page, is there any code I could add to have the accordian slider run once and then come to a stop, rather than repeating?
Thanks,
Scott Lanin

Just updated to Enfold 3.0 and now my LayerSlider is blank. Any ideas? It’s still working when I edit and preview it, just not on the home page (I’ve had to remove it completely for now).

Thx. Do you mean the style.css file in the Enfold-Child file?
But it worked bevore???
Hi Josue,
Let’s think for a moment from user experience point of view. I have a CPT with 3 Taxonomies. What that means is I have a CPT that categorized into 3 groups. Yes? So I want to select to display 1. My CPT and 2. All of the 3 Groups. You could do that if it’s the built in Post Type. I could do that before upgrade to new version of Enfold. So what was the reason it got changed. I assume there is a good reason and perhaps a new better way of accomplishing things.
But this is how I do it now and please correct me if I am wrong.
1. I have to select “Display entries from custom taxonomy”
2. Now select the CPT
3. Then I have to select a “single” taxonomy. WHY??
I think I am missing something here because it just doesn’t make any sense the workflow I have to follow and couldn’t even accomplish what I use to do easily.
Thanks,
– CJ
Hi Alastair,
I was able to edit your homepage without issues – http://screencast.com/t/N1J0mOmsVFlA
@Crosscultura, you are using a very old version of Enfold, please update the theme to the latest version (3.0).
Cheers!
Josue

Hi!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Please create a test page without the redirect. Use the same template as the homepage. If possible, please remove the script which disables mouse events (right click). We need to inspect it. Make sure that you’re running Enfold 3.0 with WordPress 4.0.
Best regards,
Ismael
Hey amitandroy!

Hey!
Glad its cleared up for you. I didn’t realize the entry for home and blog wasn’t clear enough already so I’ll see about adding more: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/setting-your-home-and-blog-pages/
Cheers!
Devin

Hi Belinda!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Please use this to adjust the size of the main menu on iPad or tablet view:
@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) {
#top .av-main-nav > li > a {
font-size: 14px;
}
}
Best regards,

Hi Mohan-Iyer!
Thank you for using Enfold.
The code should have worked. Did you add it on Quick CSS?
.widgettitle {
text-transform: none !important;
}
Best regards,
Ismael
Hey!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Sorry that you’re having this issue. I myself doesn’t have any actual experience handling a multi-site with WordPress so I’m not actually sure if I can be of any help. Anyway, I’ll ask the rest of the support team to take a look. In the meantime, is it possible for your host to restore the site prior to Enfold 3.0 update? If a restore point is possible, is it ok to deactivate cmscommander before updating to Enfold 3.0? I’ll also ask Kriesi to take a look.
Cheers!
Ismael
Hi sevanah!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Please add this on Quick CSS or custom.css to adjust the menu size and padding:
.av-main-nav > li > a {
padding: 0 8px;
font-size: 12px;
}
Go to Enfold > Header Layout > Mobile Menu panel. The set the Header Mobile Menu activation to the second option.

Hi ethanalvin!
Thank you for using Enfold.
Please download the latest version Enfold 3.0 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
See if the lightbox is working after the update. If not, please deactivate the plugins then test it on another browser or computer.

Ismael
Hey rene80!
Thank you for using Enfold.
You can only use WooCommerce filter widgets on default shop page style, not on masonry style. Disable the category links with this on Quick CSS or custom.css:
.product_meta a {
pointer-events: none;
}
Best regards,
Ismael
Hi ronaldjan!
Thank you for using Enfold.
I checked the site but it gives me an error: The system cannot find the path specified.
You can now add custom colors using the Colors panel on the Special Heading options.

Ismael
Hey launchmoxie!
Thank you for using Enfold.
You can switch the theme to boxed layout. Go to Enfold > General Layout > Use stretched or boxed layout? setting. After that, go to General Styling > Body Background > Background Image.

Hey Tom!
Thank you for using Enfold.
No, I’m sorry but that is not possible without proper modification which is beyond the scope of support. You might need to find a plugin or hire a freelance developer to add the feature for you. Please visit Envato Studio or Werkpress for further customization. You can also vote or post the feature on our Feature Requests page.
Anyway, you can try this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bootstrap-collapse-menu-widget/

Hey!
Use the Grid Row element under Layout Elements panel. You should have Enfold 3.0. :)
Best regards,

Like many others, I’m also having some issues when uploading media in enfold. I’ve tried disabling all plugins, I’ve tried uploading smaller files, and I’ve checked for WordPress database problems. I’m running Enfold 2.9.2 and WordPress 4.0. Similar to others, the only way I’m able to resolve the issue is to disable Enfold, upload the images (when disabled, I can upload images of any size successfully), and then re-enable Enfold. My site is Alexinperu.com
When installing enfold on all-inkl.com i get following feedback (style.css stylesheet missing):
Installiere Theme aus Datei: themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip
Entpacken des Pakets…
Das Theme wird installiert…
Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden. Dem Theme fehlt das style.css Stylesheet.
Die Themeinstallation ist fehlgeschlagen.
Nevermind, after I hit the save button in enfold theme settings it started displaying fine.
Thanks
Asad
