    Just updated to Enfold 3.0 and now my LayerSlider is blank. Any ideas? It’s still working when I edit and preview it, just not on the home page (I’ve had to remove it completely for now).

    Links to the images look fine.
    On the chrome console I’m getting these errors:

    Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
    Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function
    ‘HTMLHeadElement.profile’ is deprecated. The reflected attribute has no effect.

    I just updated and I have exactly the same issue.
    I can see the slider when I’m working on it and using the preview, but when I go ty my homepage, is blank.

    Hi!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Please try to deactivate the plugins, see if that changes anything. If not, edit the layer slider > Troubleshooting & Advanced Settings, enable the Put JS includes to body option.

    First thing I tried was disabling plugins. No luck. And I haven’t installed any new plugins anyway, I just upgraded the theme.
    Tried Advanced settings. Still no luck.

    This morning, I completely removed the Enfold theme using WordPress and then made sure all the folders were removed in the file system.
    I then installed Enfold 3.0.1 fresh and still have the same problem.
    I’m not sure what else to try and really need to get this issue resolved ASAP.

    This is live development site we are working on with our client and its a big issue not being able to work on the sliders.

    Same problem here on a client website. Suddenly, after updating Enfold to version 3.0, LayerSlider became blank…

    Is there anything common between the people having the issues?

    Our site is running on a Microsoft IIS server.
    The previous version worked just fine until we performed the update, then it turned blank.

    Please, we need immediate help with this issue.

    Uploaded the theme to the server and extracting all the files to the folder ensuring everything was overwritten.
    It didn’t make any difference.

    OK. On my side the problem is due to CloudFlare.

    I had one of CloudFlare feature : Rocket Loader (Asynchronous Loading of Javascript : https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200168056) enabled.

    Disabling it solved the problem.

    Thanks basilefanon! That fixed it for me. Pretty disappointed with the Enfold team, I hope they fix the issue in their next update. Rocketloader used to work fine with the theme. Every time I update a bunch of things seem to break, I dread it.

    Glad it helped!

    I had the idea while installing Livefyre Commenting System for one of my client. I got a warning telling me Rocket Loader was enabled and that it could break the comment layout…

    A good idea for Kriesi Team (when they’ll post a statement on the topic…) would be to warn Enfold user of potential conflicts with CloudFlare…

    Wish it was that simple here. I’m not using any kind of caching service and I disabled every other plugin on the server and still no luck.
    I would really appreciate some assistance here from the developers!!!

    Hi, I have the same problem with version 3.0.1 of Enfold sliders LayerSlider are empty at the display, with the Avia Builder or shortcode it does not work.
    As I have the extension LayerSlider I also installed in addition to the theme Enfold and I turned on, there it works!
    There is a bug somewhere between Enfold and integrated LayerSlider extension…

    So sorry for the confusion The site is hosted with our client and apparently they are performing some server maintenance and the site is temporarily down.

    So Enfold was just updated today and the layerslider(advanced I believe) being broken on my site is still a problem. For me the left half works but the right half is blank. Please fix this as you said you would or provide me with a way to fix it. Thanks other than that I love your theme!

    Please open a new thread about the issue since I dont even know if this is closely related to the problems these other guys are having.
    Please also post a link to your wordpress installation as well as your login credentials as private data so we can take a look at it.

    This thread has already been hijacked by too many people with different issues so I am closing it now
