Thank you, first lets address that the restaurant demo uses the strong tag in some of the special heading fields, to correct please install our plugin Special Character Translation.Following translations can be used: ###lt### => < ###gt### => > ###amp### => & ###91### => [ ###93### =>'] ###quot### => " ###34### => 'so the strong tag will be replaced like this:
###lt###strong###gt### ... ###lt###/strong###gt###
Then change the phone link like this:
###lt###a href=tel:5551234567###gt###(555)123-4567###lt###/a###gt###
just change the number to yours

To change all fonts go to Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ fonts to change the font only for one type of heading go to Enfold Theme Options ▸ Advanced Styling and choose the heading.Best regards,
MikeTopic: Adding styling to a section
Hi there,
I’m trying to add some styling to a post slider. It currently looks like 3 image block hyperlinks. I need to add white vertical line space dividers between each image, and also insert p text below each image. Please see the images for reference.
Would this be styling which can be done in Enfold, or would additional CSS code be required? Whatever the case, please could you assist?

1 | since the support, who wanted to help to delete the demo, unfortunately didn’t get back to me, I had to do the reset myself. That’s probably why the user set up (for Enfold Support) has disappeared (the reset!). I’ve set it up again now (private content).
Please delete the photos from the post, please send photos only in private content! I changed the name on purpose in my postsI changed the font to Lato. Unfortunately, you can’t see for yourself what to do when you change a styling in the original demo. I’m actually assuming that the typography will not change, just the colors, but the look has changed completely when you switch to “splash green”.
Last time I even thought it blew up the whole demo because the typo looked so bad.2 | Another problem is the logo, which is displayed incorrectly on the pages, only correct on the home page. It only changes when scrolling. What’s going on and how can I fix the error in the system?

Hey Adam,
Thanks for your question, if you know the Purchase Code you can enter it here, if you don’t know it or are not able to log into the Theme Forest account to download the latest version or create a new Token, then you will need to purchase a new license.
Envato (Theme Forest) handles all of our licenses and we can not create licenses and Envato will only recognize account owners, this sometimes happens with a site is built by a developer who in the future can not be found, Envato will not issue a new license to the website owner, one must be purchased.
The upside to this is that by purchasing a new license you will also get 6 months of support on our forum to help with any issues. I recommend upgrading to a full year of support for just a little more, as the cost of the theme and a full year of support costs the same as a single hour of support from many developers.

Hi!
I have a wordpress site which uses the Enfold theme and to be able to update the theme I need to login with the account that once purchased the theme to generate a token (as I read in your guide). The problem is, the site was built a long time ago and I don’t know what account was registered on your site to purchase the theme and I’m not able to find out since that person no longer works on this site. How can I make this work, I need to update the theme since it’s not working very good at the moment.In reply to: Coherence to Enfold

Ok, Thank you for updating, I would still like you to look further into the issue. I don’t want to move to another theme as I have been on this theme for so long now. My shop is not working just because of this issue. I fixed the layer slider issue, but I am still stuck with Woocommerce Payments. Somehow it’s not working with enfold.

Well.. Today I did the upgrade to wordpess just to use Yoast premium and my webiste went kaput…
Trying to now use enfold but they are asking for a token? wich i don’t have.. i do have a themeforest account and i did generate a token via envato but it was invalid..HELP ME… I am losing business by the minute….

Thank you for your patience, I have not used the WebToffee Import Export plugin, but by default woocommerce products in Enfold are created using the WordPress editor, not the Advanced Layout Builder. So after import you may need to manually open them with the Advanced Layout Builder if you built them with that instead of the default builder.
I don’t believe that the WordPress xml file contains a builder field, which is the format for exports and I assume you plugin follows.Best regards,

Thank you for your question, I have linked to the demo zip file below, please see our documentation for manually uploading the demo files.
Please note that the demos only include two files, .txt & .xml, the css and images are downloaded via the information in the .xml file.
I believe the error you are getting is because the WordPress import function is interrupted because OVH hosting has disabled the PHP set_time_limit() function, this function ensures that the WordPress import doesn’t time out, this is different than the current PHP run time limit.
But the Parallax demo is small so perhaps it will work for you.
If not I recommend importing your demo on a localhost install and using the Duplicator plugin to migrate/clone it to your OVH host.Best regards,

Thank you for your patience, I tried to read through this thread to see what point you are at now and it seems that it is the font, but compared to our restaurant demo the heading fonts are the same:so I’m not sure if you have already resolved this? I also tried the login but the user seems to have been removed.

MikeMy Enfold site uses both submenus and a mega menu. I want all drop-down menus to have a solid red 6px border across the bottom. I can achieve that on the submenus with the following:
.sub-menu li:last-child { border-bottom: 6px solid #cc0000 !important; }And on the mega menu with the following:
.avia_mega_div { border-bottom: 6px solid #cc0000 !important; }The problem is that the submenu CSS results in an additional unwanted border at the bottom of each column of the mega menu.
See the screenshots here and here for additional context. They show the submenu looking correct with a border at the bottom, and then the mega menu with the correct border across the bottom and the unwanted borders at the bottom of each column.
How do I exclude the mega menu from inheriting the CSS attribute for the regular submenus?

Thank you for your question but I don’t know what Edwiser Bridge is, is it this plugin?
This looks like it is for Moodle, but I have not heard of this before nor seen it asked on our fourm before, so I don’t know how we are going to be able to assist with this without first learning how to use Moodle and the plugin first. We have limited ability to assist with third-party plugins and not all plugins work successfully with Enfold.
With the tens of thousands of plugins available this would be very hard to do.
I see your site is getting a javascript error:
but I don’t know where it is from, I recommend first disabling your other plugins and see if Edwiser Bridge then works, if not try making a screencast of the steps how to reproduce the error and another the same steps with the expected results, in a different theme, and an admin login so we can follow the steps and see if we notice what the error is.
Please note that the Twenty Nineteen theme doesn’t have a built-in page builder like Enfold does so it is not a good comparison.

Supposedly you should change the following code, which is not included in my theme in footer.php in the child theme, it’s completely empty.“Edit footer.php then find this code on line 85
