@Angeladlh Thank you for your patience, right now the only way to add the tags in the blog element when using the single author,small preview like you are is with the modified /enfold/includes/loop-index.php file that I linked to above.
The Dev Team will make this feature available in the v5.4 update, so if you want to wait until then you won’t need to modify the file.

Nothing will happen to your site if you don’t update it for a while, but eventually it might be that it’s no longer compatible with the server it’s hosted on. You might not be able to edit it, or it might not render at all. That might take a long time, but it’s very likely to happen if it’s not updated on a regular basis.

If you can’t access the account which was used to purchase your theme license, then I would recommend that you purchase a new license. Otherwise you will have this same problem every time you want to update, or need to access the theme files.

Enfold is not a plugin, it’s a theme, and it has never been free.

Ipad landscape width seems to be 1080px. I have edited your Grid Row elements and added “desktop-section” ID to your 4 column grid and “mobile-section” ID to your 2 column grids and then added following code to bottom of Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling

}

}

I do not have an actual Ipad so I could only test it on my browser. Could you please review your website and confirm if it helped? :)

1- Yes, the version you are currently using is not compatible with PHP 8.0.

You can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options > Theme Update to update the theme. If you do not receive the update within 12 hours, you can install Envato Market plugin – https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/ and insert your Personal Token into plugin settings and go to Themes tab of the plugin to update the theme.

2- We have manually set your password and attached it in private content field below. Please use it to login and then edit your profile – https://kriesi.at/support/profile/infovanwijckict/edit/ to renew your password :)

1- Have you translated your media elements using WPML Media plugin? If you have not, please do so.

2- By default, you can set different settings in theme options for each language but if you would like them to be synchronised, you can simply go enable “Keep Global Layout Options Synchronised (Global Setting)” option at the bottom of the first page of Enfold theme options.

If the suggestions above do not help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

You will have to start from scratch because Enfold is a completely different theme, but you will probably save more time in the long run and end up with a much better website because in comparison to the much older Display theme, Enfold is a lot more advanced, secure and contains more options such as extended theme options, advance layout builder, custom element templates, performance options, privacy & cookies, Google addons etc. And if you choose to purchase the theme, you will get months of support here in the forum, in case you need a bit of assistance in building the site.

There is no option for this by default, but you can directly create an additional menu inside the helper-main-menu.php template. Unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of support. Another solution is to add and display the submenu items in the secondary menu and toggle the visibility of the menu items on certain pages using the following plugin.

You can enable the secondary menu in the Enfold > Header > Extra Elements tab. Look for the Header Secondary Menu settings.

The Related Products is not in the footer, it is in the proper section above the footer, it has a black background color because you picked this color in the
Enfold Theme Options ▸ General Styling ▸ Alternate Content ▸ Alternate Content Background Color

please change this color to white or whatever color you want it to be.
