Hi,
I try to import a demo of Enfold Shop and got an error. Error accessing the file for download:
cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds.I’ve tried everything manual import after read all the topics about it, but it doesn’t work.

Apple’s new feature makes it possible to show a preview of a web link rather than the actual typed text. This looks great when sending emails so I want it to work for all of my Enfold websites.
On most of my Enfold websites this works perfectly – see below. But for some it only ever shows the domain name and nothing else.
I have tried matching the back end settings from a site that does work with the ones that don’t and there doesn’t seem to be a difference.
After some detective work I see in the raw source of the email that something is adding extra coding after the domain name.See below for more details.

Well then, please give the use of the filter as an example here. The page has the page-id-124 the full content should then be displayed there. You can still see the access data above.
As long as this is not resolved i can not update my customer page with Enfold 4.8.7. On that version the full-content is shown by selecting that point.So the question remains as to the meaning of this selection option if the selection is ignored and only excerpts are displayed.

I have a strange issue. In the breadcrumbs container I see 2 backslashes after “Home” link. I see it only in Single product pages. For example in the Cart or Checkout page there it is ok.

Hi there, I’m trying to add more icons to Enfold to be used as part of builder to show up here:

Either way,
1. I have installed Font Awesome Plugin (free plan)
2. I also found another thread & reviewed https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#adding-your-own-fontello-or-flaticon-icons-and added font awesome 5 script on functions.php

Where I can tell you with complete certainty that the problem only appears when the module is configured with 1 cell.
We can also reproduce the issue on our end. Please try to edit the enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\icongrid\icongrid.js file and remove this code around line 86.

You can only purchase item support if you have purchased the item first, if your ThemeForest account has purchased Enfold then you can purchase only the item support but if not then you’ll have to purchase the item first. Please try to ask Envato/themeforest support what you are asking is possible though since they are the ones who are in-charge and we just comply to them.

Unfortunately, that’s not possible because the purchase code is a requirement for our registration process, and our only way to verify with ThemeForest that the account still has item support for Enfold.

Thanks for providing us with admin access, the issue on your site is Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS), your website fonts are fetched in another domain (see link in private content) and it is prevented by the server, to fix it please check the solution in our documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#icons-are-showing-as-rectangular-boxes- (Icons are showing as rectangular boxes)

Hello, I have a client that has to enfold, bought from ThemeForest. We can get the purchase code as this person is no longer employed. We are having two issues with the website.
1. the mobile menu is missing one item in the sub. It appears everywhere in the options it should yet not display on mobile.
2. the other is our forms do not work on mobile with contact. is that a known issue?
How can I get help for these two issues?

With our website in development, this is my first shout out to support regarding the Enfold theme.
We are experiencing an issue, which I have found previous posts relating to, but with no clear fix in our particular circumstances.
The issue – with a sticky header, anchor links (which we have many) disappear behind the sticky header.
Now losing the will to live with this particular issue, hope you can assist.

I bought the Enfold theme from Themeforest. I then installed the theme at the site listed below while we write the site.
I completed the registration process using the email below and am sure it all worked as I have the email and password saved in my browser.But is it now saying that I don’t have an account so I can’t get support. Can you help me

AndyBTW I just rebuilt PHP 8 w/ PHP-FPM enabled and restarted PHP and that has fixed the above issue – you may have a bad PHP build – seems finicky with this version of ENFOLD.
WHEN I try to embed JAVASCRIPT – standard OPENTABLE WIDGET _ I am getting this same ERROR with PHP 8.0.26 and ENFOLD 5.3.1.1.
The advanced layout editor just spins and will not load until I remove the JAVASCRIPT via revisions.

So it seem to be when i deactivate the plugin “Events Ticket Pro” the page builder works again.
I have opened up a ticket with Events Calendar Plugin but think you should know about this too as i know you have built in support for Events Calendar Pro within Enfold.

The update to Enfold 5.3 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
