    on the site https://mondzorgcentrum-winschoten.nl/ontmoet-ons/ I made an overview of all members of staff. On mouse over you’ll see a 2nd image. I used the codeblock for this, hereby an example of code to realize this.

    On mobile I want to use the testimonial block for this, by putting the piece of code within the text field. The only problem is that upon a second time the page is saved the text editor alters the code, simplifying it to (causing the ‘on mouse animation’ / ‘second image’ to dissapear’:

    How do I stop the Enfold editor from changing my code? Surely there is something I can add in a .php file or change a setting to stop this nuisance?

    Hi,
    i am looking for a solution of a small membershop.

    I have pages with products in it (not as woocommerce, not as portfolio pages), just page with blocks of image with description. Here several pages.
    The customer wants that after login as Reseller all products should display prices. I can create an logni page (enfold protected page) and hand duplicate pages of these products incl. prices below BUT this is a lot of efford and i do not know how to solve the navigation inside the protected hyrachie.

    Another idea might be to display the prices on the regular pages after login by a script probably…

    Any other ideas or solutions?

    Hi Yigit,

    the WPML-plugin causes the issue.

    I switched temporarily to the parent Enfold and the ghost category “Optional” remained. It disappeared after deactivating the plugin. Do you have any idea to solve the problem?
    WPML is essential for the website.

    Hi Yigit,

    it’s the WPML-plugin what causes the issue.

    I activated the parent Enfold theme and the ghost category “Optional” still remained. After switching back to the child theme and the WPML-plugin was deactivated the ghost category disappeared.

    But I need WPML. Any Idea? I think I should contact the plugin support.

    Hi,

    I like the SVG options for special borders on top and the bottom, e.g. in the contentsection

    Requests in general:
    Could you make ‘paper cut’ outlines as well? As if the picture was a torn photo?

    And it would be nice to add SVG options to slider full screen or pictures directly.

    I now use the contentsection and include the slider, however, the SVG does not cover the whole screen left and right. It shows a padding, althouth I have set all paddings to 0.

    With slider full screen it does cover the full screen, however, I cannot include the SVG borders then…

    Hope you understand my request for adding these options in the future versions of enfold

    After reaching out to Cloudinary as well they seem to think Enfold is hardcoding the link. I would rather find a fix than do temporary css on each background image as there are quite a few. Please let me know if this is something you can help fix today.

    hardcoded on the CSS, our delivery system on the frontend won’t be triggered hence the image not being displayed.

    I believe there might be a way to handle this via the theme probably by replacing the reference with the wp_get_attachment_url which should return a Cloudinary URL.

    Hi,

    A friend of mine has a website based om Enfold Version: 3.8.5: http://www.emarkus.nl . The server is PHP 8.0 and is running the newest versions of WordPress. He can’t acces the admin section at this moment.

    The message is:
    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Cannot access offset of type string on string
    in /domains/emarkus.nl/DEFAULT/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/auto-updates/class-envato-protected-api.php on line 307

    Can we just update the theme to the newest version of Enfold tot solve this problem?

    Hey guys,

    we’re trying to build a simple product page with the Advanced Layout Builder (ALB) and I see that there’s an entire new tab in the ALB called “Plugin Additions”. However, this tab looks a little empty and it seems to me as if some of the most simple building blocks are missing, e.g the Product Title. I know I’m able to manually add a heading, but this shop will have hundreds of products, which is why we need each product page to automatically show the product title by itself.

    I’ve looked through the enfold and woocommerce documentation, but couldn’t find any shortcodes, scripts or anything else that would solve my problem.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My name is John Jones. My website crashed recently because my WordPress version went out-of-date. I had Enfold as my theme, but after installing the latest WP it no longer runs with the version of Enfold I have in my themes folder – I checked on the preview setting and it gave a critical error message. Using other themes have no critical error messages but large parts of the pages appear as code. My webhosting consultant told me the pages require an Enfold theme to once again convert the code into images/design. Otherwise I would need to re-do everything. Would this be resolved by purchasing the latest Enfold version? In such a case I would of course purchase the license.

    Incidentally, the business consultant who set up the site didn’t inform me of the license fees connected with using Enfold.

    Looking forward to hearing your answer.

    Please add following code to bottom of Functions.php file of your child theme to add a new image size

    
function av_custom_img_size_grid() {
   add_image_size( 'grid-slider', 900, 960, true );
}

add_action( 'after_setup_theme', 'av_custom_img_size_grid' );

    Then, you can add Easy Slider element to your grid cell and choose to use that image size in Easy Slider > Styling > Slides > Slideshow Image Size.

    @guenni007 thx for sharing, but I got countless of errors when I tried your php file. It started with an error about the lines with the code ‘protected funtion’. The enfold error code stated that these had to be changed to ‘public’. When I did that for all the public lines, after which I got several other error codes,.

    So, I tried the route @yigit proposed, I made a testimonials.php in the shortcodes folder and added the code to the child theme functions.php. I also added the CSS. Which changed nothing on the homepage, see https://schoonheidsinstituutdiane.nl/ section ‘hoe mijn klanten mij beoordelen’. What am I doing wrong?

    Hello,

    After the last update (5.4), the gap feature under “masonry gallery” no longer works. The images are always with no gap, no matter what setting we set.

    We had it with large gap, but not showing this way. Can you please check the link in private?

    This seems like a bug on the latest Enfold version. As I mentioned, it was all perfectly fine in 5.3.X.

    Hi Filipp,

    1- Your site will remain intact if you have not modified theme files such as the functions.php file. If you are not sure, to be on the safe side, please have a backup before updating the theme.

    2- You can log in on ThemeForest with the account you purchased Enfold and go to the Downloads page: https://themeforest.net/downloads to download the latest version.
    As I mentioned in your previous thread, you can also try using the Envato Market plugin: https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/ :)

    sorry, but it still does not work :( It seems like it is working on the test web, but that´s just because I disabled the folders plugin yesterday – I tryied to test something.

    I again asked a server support, but there is nothing what could cause the issue. And if any other css works fine, there must be wrong something else.

    SO, I have prepared for you absolutely clean wordpress instalation. Using just clean Enfold theme (no child) without any setting. And I installed just the Folders plugin. Nothing else.

    And I have tryied your css code. And it does not work!

    So the issue must be either in the css code or in the theme => some confict between the enfold theme and the folders plugin.
    The folders plugin support told me, that they use portfolio custom post types, so cannot it be somewhere there? I don´t know, just tell you what message I have recieved.

    The homepage, where the license was valid to, is no longer active (www.cuddlethedogs.com). I forgot to delete/unlock the Enfold theme on this homepage. Now I like to use the theme on a new homepage. How can I transfer this license to my new homepage?
