I have purchased the Enfold theme and updated our website and having some issues.
I am unable to log in to the forum for support that I get with the theme purchase.
It just loops me back to the login screen but doesn’t say my password is wrong.

I rediscovered Enfold after years and built a OnePage site based on the Parallax demo.Everything worked fine, but after copying a Color Section and adjusting an element in it (Parallax Speed) I noticed that some elements on the page were no longer behaving as they should. In your demo, the fonts (at the top) move outwards while the areas behind them move in a different direction. I used r this with adjusted images and enjoyed the effect. But then, for no apparent reason, the two elements on top of each other no longer move independently, but only like the base element. So I can neither change the direction nor the speed of the elements on top. These always adopt the setting of the base.
If you check the website – for your information:
The right side white text pic is set to “right to left” 40%
The 1/1 element with the background pic is set to “left to right” 30%Hi,

As soon as I change something in the child enfold (e.g. “Modal Window Custom Content” by Guenni007) I immediately have the problems with the fonts again http intead of https!!! How can I correct this now once and for all. Thanks a lot I am really starting to despair!
Leave the problem with the fonts now times online until tomorrow

I have a basic problem on the website with mixed content. Currently there are two image in the footer 4th column and one svg file (see https://ibb.co/ZgSrDC4). If I replace these two images (via WP-Dashboard) and reload the site, I have again the old problem of fonts that are not available because here is trying to load fonts over http-path instead of https This was before the conversion of the subdomain (went http) to https in enfold child in the functions.php a str_replace in it, which I have in the meantime but longer commented out.
Nevertheless, this old str_replace comes back into play, although this is commented out. I think I need to delete the entire cache & compressed / minimized files. But how does this finally work completely and finaly.Thanks a lot for your help

for some reason I can’t edit my pages anymore. Whenever I try it just loads a blank page.
Things I already tried:
– update WP to newest Version
– update Enfold to newest Version

The plugin “woo-variation-gallery” seems to be the problem, if we deactivate it, it works fine.
We will inform the developer, may be he will create a workaround to use Enfold-gallery and woocommerce with woo-variation-gallery.The change to WC products gallery also solve the problem.

If you decide to switch to Enfold, you may need to recreate your content using Enfold’s drag and drop layout builder, the Advanced Layout Builder.
Unfortunately, we don’t provide such services but please feel free to hire a freelancer on Codeable.

I tried to login to your GoDaddy host but it requires 2-stage authorization, can you disable this?
If so we should be able to access the FTP & the PHP settings from there, If not can you post FTP access for us in the Private Content area so we can enable wp_debug before you switch over to PHP v8?Best regards,

– post slider as carousel with swipe functionality (and going offgrid)
– image slider gallery with swipe functionality (and going offgrid)Is it possible to use any plugins to make this happen?

It is for an international forensic investigation regarding Fatima and the disappearance of the oldest seer, Lucia dos Santos.Anyway, my boss asked me to make a new website and transfer all our info over.

Currently it is on the Neve WordPress theme.I know we have a lot of text, images and videos to migrate over.
Do you think this would work on your Enfold Theme?Also, do you have anyone that could help out on the initial transfer and setup for a fee?

I apologize for misunderstanding, I thought what you wanted was to lineup the featured image from the other thumbnail images like this:
The Blog page is using this image size:
– with sidebar: 845 x 321px
– without sidebar: 1210 x 423pxIn order to adjust the featured image in the blog page, please add this code in functions.php using a child theme or if you don’t have a child theme, you can use WPCode plugin to insert this php snippet:
add_filter( 'avf_modify_thumb_size', 'enfold_customization_modify_thumb_size', 10, 1 ); function enfold_customization_modify_thumb_size( $size ) { $size['entry_with_sidebar'] = array('width'=>845, 'height'=>446); return $size; }Once this is added, you can re-upload the image or use an image regeneration plugin to regenerate images.

It seems that this is a bug on our theme and I was able to reproduce the same bug on my new install, I will be reporting this issue to our devs.
I have disabled all the plugins and switched the theme to the parent theme (Enfold 5.4.1) for now, please don’t remove the admin credentials so our devs can inspect your site further.Best regards,

By this I mean if paramethers are two text, I can get two text inputs visually not just by adding them in brackets. NikkoI was uploading a logo into this plugin “https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990” and a white page appeared. Now WordPress isn’t showing that I’m in their database when trying to login. And the website isn’t loading at all. I have emailed Envato, WordPress and Kriesi but am not gettting any replies. Please help ASAP.
