If that’s not possible, you may need to create a new Themeforest account, purchase a theme license for the Enfold theme, and then register a new private token. The site still contains an older version (4.8.7) of the theme from our recent inspection. Please upload and activate the latest version (5.6.12) of the theme so that we can check the issue further. After updating the theme, please make sure to disable the cache plugin and temporarily deactivate the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings.

Please try to temporarily deactivate the Autoptimize plugin and disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. Let us know of the result.

Hi,

Yes that is as expected. When something is changed in the theme options, then the theme resources will regenerate. A caching plugin will then try to serve the old files which do not exist anymore. You could try to deactivate the Delete Old CSS And JS Files? option under Enfold->Performance for example, to see if that changes anything.

If you have trouble updating by downloading the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New

after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue

then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.

Thanks for your question, your theme version is very old, unfortunately a while back Envato (Theme Forest) changed how updates are done and you will need get the latest version from your Envato account and manually update, then after you update you can create a Envato Token in your Theme Forest account so that future updates can be done easily, but your current version will not work with the Envato Token.
To update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New

after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue

then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.

The theme is fully compatible with the WooCommerce plugin and it’s possible to create a custom shop page, but there are certain limitations to it. You can also combine WooCommerce shortcodes with the elements in the Advanced Layout Builder to create custom layouts for the default shop pages. Please check the link below:

The Enfold > Layout Builder > Disable Advanced Layout Builder Preview In Backend option was enabled when we checked. This option disables the element preview in the Advanced Layout Builder. We have disabled this option now.
