We can access the login page, but when we try to input the account details and log in, nothing happens. It doesn’t redirect to the dashboard. Can you access the dashboard on your end?

Regarding the issue, please verify if the homepage for each language is correctly set in the Enfold > Theme Options > Frontpage Settings.

You can use platforms like Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox to upload and share the screenshot. Here are the steps to follow:

1.) Visit the website of your chosen platform, such as Savvyify, Imgur or Dropbox.
2.) Locate the option to upload a file or an image.
3.) Select the screenshot file from your computer or device and upload it to the platform.
4.) After the upload is complete, you will be provided with a shareable link or an embed code.
5.) Copy the link or code and include it in your message or response to provide us with the screenshot.

You can change the background color of the heading row by adjusting the color value of the Enfold > General Styling > Main Content > Primary Color field.

It looks like you are using the transparent header on your home page, please look on the backend in the admin sidebar under Layout ▸ Header visibility and transparency and change to “no transparency”

Hey Lorena,

A theme license is valid for a single domain, including sub domains. Since you have two different domains, you would need two licenses. Once you are ready to update, then the update to 5.7 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Latest translation files render a different translation for me (https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-language-files).

It is correct, that there are missing ‘ ‘ in some translations. This should actually be fixed in core __(…) function and add ‘ ‘ outside. Will check that for one of the next releases.

Simply return additional vars (pseudo code only):

‘avf_dynamic_css_additional_vars’ is the same but outside any selectors. You are free to return anything you like – it must be valid CSS rules
e.g. a media query with vars.
