Topic: Fonts import doesn’t work
Hi,
I have some fonts which I have download from google fonts. I did it as you describe in documentation – so I used the webfont generator and then I imported the fonts as a zip into enfold. When I tired to insert the zip file (button) only one strange named font were imported, called specimen files ().
I also think, that the font isn’t shown although I set it. I also tried to deacitvate the google font blocker plugin, but that is not the reason for this problem.
Can you please help me here again?

I am having an issue with the full-width easy slider. I cannot add text, overlays, or buttons to the section. It seems like those functions are missing from the module. I have created them before so not sure why it’s not working this time.

I was given responsibility of a website using the Enfold template. I had to transferred hosting companies and after doing so I noticed the template keeps referencing back to an old CSS file. Currently, I can’t make any changes to the template because of this error.I am providing you credentials so you can log in to the server and test this yourself. Before you do, please take a look at the website’s footer then change any text on the copyright field and you will notice how the entire footer will change. It will become another color and different font type. In fact, many other elements across the site will also change like buttons, font types, colors. etc. However, I can make any changes to page text or forms but none that is related to the template.

Thanks for giving us admin access.
1. Both menu items have Menu Style of Colored button that’s why both of them have the same color.
2. Try to add this CSS code in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS:
#top #header #avia-menu #menu-item-21066 > a, #top #header #avia-menu #menu-item-21066 > a .avia-menu-text { background-color: blue; color: white; }3. Top Menu can be changed in Enfold > Advanced Styling > Small Bar above main menu, then change the settings but this affects all of the top menu items. We can help with CSS code though, please add this CSS code to change ReFo to make it like a Colored Button:
#top #header_meta #menu-item-464 > a { background-color: #df9f1f; border-radius: 4px; padding: 2px 8px; }Just change the color as you see fit.

3/ Top menu, we can’t change the menu points to another color – look at ReFo – I changed it in the menu to a colored button, but it does not change!

Thanks for the feedback, I guess I misunderstood, if you are talking about a Recaptcha button that always showing on the right bottom site then this would be from another plugin because Enfold doesn’t have this.
The only thing we have similar to the is the Enfold Theme Options ▸ Privacy and Cookies ▸ Advanced Options ▸ Show reopen badge it looks like a “lock” icon to reopen the cookie bar.Best regards,

I updated Enfold today on one of my sites and it broke the site; many of the images no longer appeared. So, I restored a backup, database and files on this website and then I received this Fatal Error, related to the enfold theme:

—:Update: I had to restore a backup because the client’s site was down. So, I’ve done that and now My Theme Options > Theme Update shows that I have Version 5.0 of Enfold installed, and that it should be updated to Version 5.4.1, but now I’m afraid to, because that’s what caused the site to go down last time. Any suggestions?

Hello, I have a problem with toggle/switch buttons in Enfold (the ones used for cookies settings for example or in WP backend to activate Enfold options), It seems that Enfold do not use the convention right/on and left/off but the opposite, why this choice ? it’s a bit disturbing…

YigitWhen using the Imagify plugin with Enfold, the list view of the media library breaks. I’ve also reported this to Imagify, but switching to a different theme fixes the issue, so it does seem to be a conflict with Enfold. The issue occurs even if Imagify is the only active plugin, so there’s not another plugin interfering to cause this. I’ve tested with Enfold 5.2.1 and Enfold 5.4, using Imagify 2.1.1, and the issue occurs with both versions of Enfold.
Imagify adds a column to the wp-admin media library list view for its “Optimize” button. Using the list view appears to be required in order to use Imagify to manually optimize images.

Google Maps worked correctly but now it shows “For development purposes only”.
I’ve checked this troubleshooting list of enfold but I don’t find the bug.:
1. Check if you typed the key correctly.
2. If you use the restriction setting on Google try to remove that, wait a few minutes for google to apply your changes and then check again if the key works here. If it does, you probably have a syntax error in your referrer url
3. If none of this helps: deactivate all plugins and then check if the API works by using the button above. If thats the case then one of your plugins is interfering.Could you help me?

Hi, i noticed that in many many many WP websites using enfold, yesterday has suddenly appeared a message in contact forms using enfold’s recaptcha v2 to validate submissions. all these forms are now disabled (the submit button won’t show), and the message is (translated from italian) “this contact form is deactivated because the user has refused to accept the google recaptcha service, which is necessary to validate messages sent from the form.”. i tried in one of my websites, and i cna confirm is a theme problem: i deactivated all pluigns, i have WP 6.1.1, and the latest 5.4 enfold release. i also checked my recaptcha setup ion google, and they are ok. just check the error message in google and you’ll find plenty of websites, ALL of them are using enfold (i checked 10) https://www.google.com/search?q=errore+questo+modulo+di+contatto+%C3%A8+disattivato+perch%C3%A9+l%E2%80%99utente+ha+rifiutato+di+accettare+il+servizio+google+recaptcha%2C+necessario+per+convalidare+i+messaggi+inviati+dal+modulo.&oq=&aqs=chrome.4.69i59i450l8.103074j0j1&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Please go to Enfold > Advanced Styling > select < blockquote > (without space) and click Edit Element button.
Blockquote section should be added, just change the border color there.

There is no other third party plugin for this popup, just contact form 7. Is there a way we can solve this here? This is better support than contact form 7 has got. You can log in the website.For TikTok, I hoped it would be more simple. Do you maybe plan to integrate TikTok in the newer version of enfold theme? So it won’t need a custom icon and a bunch of code.

Thank you for the clarification.
I then created the following directory in my child theme “/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/custom/” and renamed and saved the hr.php file as custom.php to this directory.
In order to create a new shortcode/element or override existing ones in the child theme, you will have to register another shortcode path using the avia_load_shortcodes filter. The code is provided in the documentation below.

You can then create a folder called “shortcodes” in the child theme directory and create custom elements by copying the folder structure in the avia-shortcodes directory.
I’m after a minimal starting component file that I can work from to create custom components at (“/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/”) rather than modifying/overwriting existing ones using my child theme.
You lost me here for a bit. If I understood correctly, you are trying to create a new element based on existing templates in your child theme. Is that correct? For starters, you might want to copy an existing element from the parent theme, put it in the “shortcodes” folder in the child theme, edit the info in the shortcode_insert_button function, then modify the output in the shortcode_handler function. You can then strip out what you don’t need or extend it as necessary.

In the header (general styling) the header style is set to transparent.

The issue is related to WordPress 6.1. You can update Enfold to the latest version to fix the issue or add the following code to the bottom of Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling

Thanks for the link to your site, current the logo used is: header04b-300×42.png that is 300×42 not your full size.
I believe the image you want to use is the one linked below, to apply this to your theme settings please go to Enfold Theme Options ▸ Logo and paste the url below, and then save the theme settings with the blue button at the top of the page.
Don’t add the logo by using the upload button as it will set the smaller size.

Also, with this code removed, background overlays will not work.
If the hosting provider will still refuse to fix the issue then I would suggest you would consider to migrate to a better hosting provider.Best regards,

I have a problem with an Enfold theme installation. I have the error Failed to initialize plugin: avia_builder_button on every post/page I try to edit. Furthermore, on theme options -: general styling I can not choose a color scheme (they are all greyed out).
The error in console is refering to tynymce
