may page einfachrosa.de does not scroll to the section anymore when hitting the section button in the top menu. It worked for a short file, but somehow stopped already a while ago. Can anyone help?

ich habe einen fertigen Shop für einen Kunden übernommen mit WooCommerce und WooCommerce Germanized als Extension für den deutschsprachigen Raum.

Jetzt fehlt der “Weiter einkaufen”-Button, wenn man ein Produkt ausgewählt hat und ich bin nicht sicher, ob das mit Enfold zusammenhängt. Ich habe schon sehr lange gegooglet und bei euch im Support-Bereich gesucht. Gibt es da eventuell eine Möglichkeit das umzusetzen bzw. (weil ich den Shop übernommen habe) bin ich nicht sicher, ob das eventuell deaktiviert wurde.
Ist das normalerweie in Enfold enthalten oder gibt es eine Möglichkeit mittels Plugin? .

Jede Info ist willkommen und wäre sehr nett.

I took over a finished shop for a customer with WooCommerce and WooCommerce Germanized as extension for the German speaking area.

Now the “continue shopping” button is missing if you have selected a product. I’m not sure if this is related to Enfold. I’ve been googling for a long time and looking in your support area. Is there possibly a possibility to implement this or (because I have taken over the shop) I’m not sure whether it was possibly deactivated.
Is this normally included in Enfold or is there a possibility using a plugin? .

Every info is appreciated and would be very nice.

After updating Enfold from 4.5.x to latest version we noticed the following:

– Additional Google Fonts used in header is replaced by a default font
– Contact form with reCAPTCHA displays the following msg: “This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.”
– Google maps in our custom footer using the following plugin “WP Google Map Plugin” is not displayed at all, only a text msg “Maps were disabled by the user”

After some investigation we found this is related to the new Privacy and Cookies settings in Enfold 4.6
This is not a good first impression for the new visitors!

What settings can be used in Privacy and Cookies so all 3 points above are displayed on our site as they should?

I have the following settings in Privacy and Cookies:
“All cookies and services are accepted on first page load, user can opt out”

It sounds this should make everything work? But it doesn’t so I’m not sure what this setting does.

Currently the visitors of our site have to click the accept cookies button, after that, the page reloads and everything is working.
But again, not a good fist impression. I want everything to work without the user having to click accept, and instead can choose to opt out.

We’re using Enfold child and when I added a read more button (code below) the size of the element gives what looks like more margin if I scroll it out of sight.

Check https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-startup/ on a mobile phone.
If you press the play button, the video is visible just fine on iPhone, Samsung (Android)

We made the same set-up for the homepage of the website found in private area.
However,… if we click on the play button here it IS visible on ipHone (IOS), but NOT on Samsung S10 (Android).
On Android / Samsung s10 the video is dropped to the mid section of the screen..

It is configured exactly the same… Anyone any idea, please..

Please check homepage on mobile (url in private area).
If the play button is clicked a video pop-ups (all enfold options), and it is playing a Youtube video.
However on iphone IOS it is working fine, but if I use a Samsung 10 android, The video is almost at the bottom of the screen and I have to browse first to play it.
It seems it handles this completely different ?
Any solution
