half of your website is http and the other half is https. You need to keep it consistent , all http or all https or website will be slow.

How did you make that gallery on the bottom? Something is wrong about it. Some images open in lightbox , others dont, and others throw error that there is no image. Have you inserted html to create the gallery? Or have you used the gallery shortcode? How come no tooltips?

updated to 1.9.1 without the original mod and the captions are the same.. the layout code for thumbs has now changed to:

Tbh I never tried tippy or another tooltip plugin but you can try a plugin from the repository: http://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=tooltip or (maybe even better) use the new html5 abbreviation tag: http://html5doctor.com/the-abbr-element/

From what I see, your text captions are identical to the tooltips. So you want the text to show up static under each image, and then to have the identical text popup in a tooltip on hover on top of the image?

Latest update – looks like the Tippy plugin was clashing.
Would appreciate if someone can point me to a tooltip alternative to Tippy that won’t break Enfold.

1) I see the top one is centered perfectly. and so is the second one. You can use the code below to reset the margin

}2) I don’t see any caption to the right, all are above. The ones that show as text and not tooltips i think i provided you code in your previous post as to how to not display them.
3) I think such a customization is beyond the scope of the support forum since it would require a significant time investment in recoding the tooltips functionality.

Hi,
Insert the Gallery element under the Media Elements tab. Add / Edit gallery images, under each image you can add a caption. It will show as a tooltip when you hover each gallery thumbnails.

I already did that as the code was the same as the post 2 months ago..
sadly the caption still only appears as a tooltip.. nothing underneath it!
What do you suggest ?

Hi, I found a way to accomplish what I’m doing. In the description column I put a blank href tag and added the tooltip tag inside the carrots. It does exactly what I was trying to make, also I found out you can insert images into boxes which solve the “X” and marks.
I would like to insert a gallery and show the captions under each picture NOT just on the tooltips, which is where it is at the moment… Would be very appreciative if you could point me in the right direction.. This would save a lot of time creating tables, columns and inserting single images !
I searched the forum and only saw one question which hinted at an upcoming update, but that was two months ago… thanks !

When a post have a title with a single quote inside, the tooltip hover related post image doesn’t show all the right part of title since single quote.

That is the browser’s default image tooltip. You can change the image title on Media panel > Library.

Currently, it is not possible to have the table expand when clicked. You can use the Accordion element.

Hi, I would like to have more options with the pricing tables. For example the ability to add an underline or a small (?) icon to the pricing table text which would bring up a tooltip for more details about the that specific box. See example here:http://demos.pogoking.net/html/?theme=cheerapp (I’m not a fan of this style, just a good example). Maybe the tooltip could fly in from the top with an downfacing point arrow at the text.

I have also set up a video link, opening our teachers youtube channel, an eMail link, pointing to the contact page.
Since i do have to deal with 39 teachers, all with at least to linked items in their profile, i do hope from the very bottom of my heart, that there is a fix to it without editing every single portofolio entry.
