Hi!

Please flush cache in WP Super Cache plugin as well and check if that will make any difference on your end. Also, please try checking in incognito mode of Chrome. My screenshot is from Chrome as well

Unfortunately, we do not provide such services however Enfold is very user-friendly and most Enfold users are novice users. We can provide you pointers and instructions if needed, even though i am quite sure that will not be even necessary.
You can also hire a freelance developer to add content to your website.

We only provide support through our support forum.

I think the best solution in your case would be placing your code block element inside a Color Section element with a unique ID – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2013/12/color-section-ID.png and then hiding it using following code

#your-unique-id { display: none !important; }
```

Try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change the entry_without_sidebar image size (increase its width / height).
4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.

You can try installing an older version of Total Cache via FTP. If the issue is definitely on the latest version of plugin, it should help.
There are Enfold users using Super Cache and also – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-fastest-cache/. You can try those as well.
