Please contact Envato support regarding a refund. Since download and purchase processes are managed by them, take care of the refund requests as well.
Brightbox theme is fairly old, we would definitely recommend Enfold theme if you consider purchasing another theme for us. We are normally known to provide a quick support however after new year and Christmas, forums have been very busy. We are working on it :)Let us know if you have any other questions!

Please go to your Enfold theme options in Dutch version and go to Import & Export tab to export theme options and then switch language of the theme options to English and then import those options again in Import & Export tab.

1- Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
.slide-content .blog-categories,.slide-meta { display: none; }2- Try the following:
1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
2. Go to Settings > Media
3. Change theportfolioimage size (increase its width / height).

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

First of all, thanks for your feedback!
Unfortunately it is not easily possible to add a music player to pages which would not stop playing when you are navigating through your site. Unless you are using a one page layout ( here are two examples – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-one-page-portfolio/ and – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-restaurant-one-page/ ). Simply audio player loads with the page and would stop when you navigate from one page to another.
Enfold’s native audio player looks like this – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/2009/10/21/snowboarding-fun/. You can always use plugins to add additional functionality to your site, such as this one – https://srd.wordpress.org/plugins/compact-wp-audio-player/. I also found this post which might be helpful.
Since you are not logged in, you might not be able to see the link however we have a feature request form here – https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/ where you can request new features and vote requested features. Our devs might be able to improve the player or create demo page for musicians.

Those did not work for me i am afraid. cPanel logins would work as well but if you do not have those credentials, you can always contact your hosting provider

For your homepage, you could simply use Blank page template which is without header and footer and then place Color Section element to your page and add the links manually.Let us know if you have any other questions :)
